I come in here pretty often because I work right in the plaza. The service is ok. I recently came in to buy a p-​touch replacement tape and even though I had the manual, the associate sold me the wrong one. When I went back in, the associates on were super friendly and helpful but it was inconvenient to have to come back twice.
Today I came in to use the fax, which is self serve, but I needed assistance with another service and the associate wanted me to just cash out at the other registers and did not ask if I needed help. She did seemed rushed and was working on another project for a customer but her attitude could have been a little bit better.

We were obviously in a rush to print a total of eight pages. The Copy Center woman rudely informed us that there were other people waiting who were not there and that it would take half an hour for a print job. I would highly recommend avoiding this staples unless necessary. Staff are rude. Self service machine was overpriced compared to other Staples in this area. A print job that should have been less than $ 2 was almost 8.

I mostly take advantage of their copy center. I have brought a few projects in that required specific paper, photos enlarged and manuals made. The staff is always been very helpful and I find the prices to be reasonable. A great place to go for DIY projects.
