This is actually a review about the trails that veer off of Reeves Meadow Visitor Center. They are closed during the winter, but the trails remain open. The closeness of the parking lot to the beginning of the trails is a great way to just get up and go! The trails are a great workout and if you’re going during the winter, wear appropriate waterproof hiking boots! The elevations can be a bit of a challenge, and the descents even more so since they are pretty steep… but during the snow months, you can easily slip and slide your way down with good balance. Lots of fun, will come again!
