No complaints about my burger and fries. The burger is tasty, cooked perfectly medium rare as asked. Now for the complaint, it’s 5 degrees outside. The hostess wanted to seat us next to the door, the place was less than half full when we walked in. So we got a booth with one booth between us and the door, next to a window that leeks cold air. So, I’m sitting here in my down coat, freezing while eating my burger! I’d eat here again, maybe in the summer !

Honestly one of the best pubs in PA to get food. Pepperoni Balls are 1 of a kind! Great atmosphere in heart of small college town and local school district. Supports both! A DJ played after dinner service ended and it was one of the best parties me and my wife had ever been too. Will defiantly come back and bring friends.

I’m a student at slippery rock university and eat here regularly. The food is always great and I would highly recommend it. I personally love their salmon caesar salad or seasoned wings. But I would suggest ordering something other than water to drink such as iced tea!

I stop at this place every time I’m in the area. The food is always good and the service is always above average. The wedding soup was top notch and the pizza is above average.

My mother and I stopped by this college-area sports bar for lunch here after attending an event at the local wildlife rescue center. Not bad! It was empty and quiet when we dropped in, fortunately — I’m sure I would never have set foot in here during the evening or on a big game night. College student dominated bars just aren’t my thing anymore. For my meal here I just ordered soup and one of the appetizers — bread with cheese, tomatoes and sauce. It was definitely delicious and hit the spot, but it didn’t hit the spot perfectly. I’d been going for something basic and relatively light since most of that day I was just sitting in my car. Alas, even when going for the simplest item on the menu, the appetizers were far too big; I didn’t finish mine. Yes, you can take things home, and I did, but it always bugs me when I have to ask for a box because it inevitably becomes trash after I enjoy my leftovers. I like having reasonable portions that I can finish off in one sitting. But I suppose this was never an option, especially in college town territory. While I didn’t order a proper meal here, I did think the menu looked like it was full of the right mix of interesting and classic(and large) dishes that’ll keep any college students happy. It’s certainly not fine dining, but I doubt anyone comes here expecting as much. I’m also not a sports person but anyone who is will definitely enjoy themselves; there’s plenty of TVs and the atmosphere is very«sportsy». Yep. Just said«sportsy». You can tell I’m not a sports person, can’t you? Finally, I have to second comments about the water tasting off; go for a beer or ice tea instead! Better safe than sorry. Overall this place is pretty«a-ok.» Possibly great for the local college students. But for those of us who’ve left our school days behind us, it won’t be the greatest place ever. It’ll be decent enough if you absolutely need to grab a bite to eat, though.

There was no wait here so my coworkers and I decided to eat here. The booth we sat at had a wooden bench and the legroom was scarce. I felt it was a little uncomfortable and especially if you were big/tall. Our waitress was nice and recommended a few things on the menu like the Roast Beef sandwich or the Greek Pizza. It was tempting to order what she recommended but there were so many other choices on the menu. I decided to get the Cajun Chicken Alfredo($ 12.99). It came with a salad too. The food took awhile and our waitress forgot about our salad until we asked where it was when our main entrees came. The salad didn’t look special and I ended up giving it to my coworker. The portion for the Cajun Chicken Alfredo was very large. I thought the chicken was tasty but there was a lot of oil at the bottom as I ate more. I was full when I finished it and I was surprised I was able to. Overall, I thought this place was okay but the booths might make you want to leave.
