Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon with my sisters. What a pleasant surprise. A clean, friendly atmosphere. I hear it is under new ownership. I was never here before — but I like what it is today. I got a Pannini Caprece Sandwich and soup. The fresh basil and Mozarella were deliciou. The soup was hot and tasty. My sister had a handmade burger special — nothing frozen and the macaroni salad was also homemade. It was all very, very good and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going there again. Only open for breakfast and lunch — so don’t go after 3pm —

I agree with previous review about the rudeness. My friend wanted to go here although I had a not-​so-​great experience previously. They had a turkey sandwich special — hot turkey on white bread with sides. My friend asked if she could have a different type of bread. The woman said: «It’s supposed to go with white bread». I said, «I get that, but couldn’t they substitute?» She just glared at me. Later my friend had taken the sugar cannister over to the table for tea, and the woman came to our table (there was no one else still in the café), and grabbed it off the table saying, «You have my sugar». I think she wanted to fill the cannister or something. I don’t find this place very warm and friendly and the food is mediocre at best. Will not return.

Good food and coffee/​tea. Great atmosphere. Though over priced for
what they are. Especially since they only take cash! So high prices, with no convenience leaves me on the fence. We only visit there on rare occasions.

I love Emma cleary’s. Wow I wish it was next to my office, I’d seriously go there everyday.
Delicious sandwiches wraps and salads. They even have some unique sandwiches which are amazing. My personal favorite is the chicken salad… It’s the best I’ve ever eaten. I have no idea how they do it, but it’s seriously unreal. Amazing. In their sandwiches they use baby greens instead of crappy lettuce which is a nice touch. Don’t expect a little sandwich either, these are no chain sandwiches they are large with much better ingredients. Good value as well, around $ 6.50 a sandwich. Soups are homemade and great too!
They also have great baked goods and treats.
Just remember they only take cash or checks!
