I have been waiting for a return label from this company for weeks. The first label that was sent and could not be printed. We emailed several times for a new one and never received a response.

What is worse than poor customer service? No customer service! Our bed continually leaks. Once a Sleep Number bed is delivered, they will NEVER send anyone to the house to fix it. They have told us to keep trying to replace gaskets, and we even paid for a new pump unit and nothing fixes it. In desperation we have even tried a thick memoryfoam topper, but because bed won’t hold air, we always wake up uncomfortable. We will be shopping for a new mattress soon!

We love ours! The sales team was professional and really knew their stuff! It’s an initial investment but will last for 25 years, well worth it :)

Great experience from the beginning to the end. We bought a Sleep Number bed more than a year ago. The whole process took about 4 hours(tried every single bed in store) we never felt rushed. We were given enough information to make a great decision. I suffer from a lower back condition that kept me unable to rest properly with the previous mattress that I had. Ever since we got the new Sleep Number bed everything was much more comfortable and we definitely got more rest waking up refreshed. To summarize I would say great product great professional service.
