Buying a new mattress for me and my fiancé was the best experience. LeSeanda was amazing and very knowledgeable. She made the whole process smooth and got us the best mattress for us at an excellent price. I’ll definitely refer everyone I know to this store.

Four mattress firm stores in Skokie alone, is anyone doing any work in this suburb? Apparently there will be another location on Church?
In any case, came in here because the current spring mattress (Carsons) is about 13 years old and it’s fine but was curious about the tempur mattress. The tempur pillow is quite comfortable and I often thought — how would it feel to sleep on a gigantic pillow?
Well Andrew was very helpful and skillfully made sure that I tried the entire line up of tempur mattresses there and I’m a side sleeper so laying down and closing my eyes actually made me… well…sleepy. But not to the point where I couldn’t understand a good deal.
Of course, after two nights, I have no complaints and I miss my old mattress (I’m sure you feel the same when you are sleeping at a hotel or on vacation) but I really like my new mattress. It does keep your body in proper alignment without putting too much pressure on your shoulder, for example.
Excellent customer service and my knowledge of beds has been boosted exponentially. They helped me tie up my mattress on my vehicle — no I didn’t take the expressway, I’ve seen way too many mattresses on the roadside. :) This alone saved me time and a $ 59 delivery fee. Note: They will haul away your old bed for free if you choose this service.
I also picked up a cover for the mattress and another tempur pillow… yawnnnn…it’s 4:13 am and you may ask — well why aren’t you sleeping now?

Best customer service in any industry I have had experience with thus far. Mike and Andrew were both really helpful and patient with me. Came in Saturday just to check out pricing (time frame constraint) and figure out what bed I liked. Their knowledge, warm personalities, and non-​aggressive take on sales solidified my return on Sunday to complete my purchase. I will be recommending all my friends and family to go to this store for their next mattress.

Mike is an awesome and very knowledgeable salesman. We had our children with and he was patient with them, allowing them to lay on the mattresses.

These guys really are about customer service! They have me a break on the cost and worked with me and my budget. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Sunny in particular was just above and beyond in his customer service. I would definitely buy from this store again!

Needed a frame and lower mattress for our student,…no top mattress. Usually not very exiting to a mattress sales person, as these are inexpensive items. We were completely taken care of by LaSeanda. Items were delivered that evening and set up. What a pleasure to do business with this company, but especially her. Thanks so much!

I didn’t imagine I will ever be in need of mattress under an emergency, but here we were– My wife and I in need of a mattress within 24hours on SUNDAY !! The two Gentlemen (Store on Dempster across from McDonalds) that helped me really KNOW their mattress business. They were interested, engaged with customers (us) in conversation, found the reason to why we need a mattress, and what we look for and our price range. These guys were pros. Managed the delivery as promised, quality and knowledge was A++++. Will buy again from them.

Sonny was super helpful in helping me find a certain mattress I was in the market for. Super knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each product (I came in having done my research). Sonny was a pleasure to deal/​bargain with and was very reasonable. I am definitely coming back to see him with any more mattress related purchases.

I came in to purchase a mattress and my experience was great, she was very helpful, knew her subject in details and the codes of the items as easy as pronouncing her name. I went to Skokie for dinner and just strolled into the Mattress Firm on a whim just a few minutes before it was closing down for the day. LaSeanda was the salesperson and she was, and I am definitely understating, fabulous! She helped me patiently choose a bed set for my new apartment. When one of the beds I loved was out of my budget, she pulled all the strings she could to bring the price down considerably. The place offers so many student discounts and is absolutely recommended. LaSeanda was definitely one of the most helpful salesperson I have ever met.

Vince, who sold us a mattress at another store before becoming promoted to this one, was extremely helpful in working with us on price. When we had an exchange, he made sure that we were comfortable with the process and explained everything perfectly. Easy to work with, a pleasure doing business with.

I traveled to Skokie from downtown Chicago on a whim to price out some mattresses. Lucky for my boyfriend and I, we had Vince as a salesperson! Vince expertly navigated us through which mattress system was right for us and wasn’t the least bit pushy. We came in expecting to price out mattresses and left with a brand new Simmons Beauty Rest!
Mattress Firm has next day delivery so I can’t wait for many dream filled nights to come. Ask for Vince when you head in and you won’t be disappointed!
UPDATE! I called back a few days after my purchase after deciding we did need a new bed frame. Keith assisted me and was able to save me additional money and was very pleasant to talk to over the phone. As someone in the customer service industry I truly value exceptional customer service.

What an amazing experience! And, those are words I never thought I would say regarding a mattress purchase! We had heard positive things about another Mattress Firm store from my brother, so we thought we would give them a try. We are certainly glad we did! Vince was extremely patient with us (and our two small boys who thought the place was some kind of new jumpy house place). He took the time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. We haven’t actually had the delivery of the mattress yet, but if it is as good as our experience with the store, we’ll be recommending this place to all of our friends and family.

Chris was our salesperson, and he was absolutely fantastic. We needed to get the mattress today and couldn’t get it delivered this week, and he made sure that we could. When he didn’t have the mattress we wanted in stock, he was able to get us a better one that was still in our price range. Absolutely where we’ll look to in the future for our bedding needs.

I bought my mattress from Christopher back around New Year’s Eve, and I have never been happier. He had excellent customer service and really took the time to understand what I wanted in a mattress. He gave me an excellent deal. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Went to purchase two new matrices, one for my wife and I and one for my daughter. The process was quick and painless and they worked with us to put a «package» together for 2 frames, 2 mattresses and 2 box springs plus delivery.
The excellent part of the experience came 2 weeks later when our new extra firm mattress started to sag. While that was not good, I don’t blame the store as they drop ship these items and the sagging is a problem with the national manufacture. (This brand is in every mattress store.) What was excellent was the painless process of getting it replaced. I took a picture, brought it in with a receipt, and within 10 minutes delivery was setup for a free replacement mattress, no questions asked.
It’s great working with someone who stands behind what they sell!

So I went to three different mattress stores on a mission. American mattress was super pushy and SUPER expensive. Discount mattress was nice however quality of the beds were questionable and bedding experts was perfect. Christopher the manager was so kind he didn’t push or rush me at all which is nice. Also I told him what my budget was and he found a really great mattress with a great price. I really recommend this place!

Chris had been a great store manager. I ordered a tempurpedic for my parents. Mother complained the mattress was too soft and needed a firmer mattress. Chris made an exchange for a firmer mattress with an exchange fee and flat rate delivery fee costing only a total of 209.00. I can say great customer service, very clean store with alot of wide selections of mattress. And I can say the business has a higher calibre of professionalism. I had no problem with delivery and they were prompt with no damages in the apartment unit.

We purchased a new mattress at bedding experts about a month ago and I highly recommend buying from here. We went on a weeknight and had our toddler and baby with us. Brian was very patient with us and helpful with the decision making process. The delivery happened within a couple days and was a very smooth process. Overall very good experience!
