I love going to the Life Spa at Old Orchard. I have my nails, eyebrows and facials done here. All the ladies are fabulous. Love Charisefor my eyebrows and facials. I have blonde hair so she does a great eyebrow tinting and beautiful arch.

i only get pedicures here however they are terrific, the ladies are friendly and do a great job! Place is also clean and welcoming

All I wanted to do is book and pay for an appointment as a gift for a friend. They don’t allow you to pay on the phone. So then they tried to explain that I would need to purchase a gift card, but I have to go buy it in person. I live nowhere near Skokie, so why should I have to go all they way out there, just to pay & pick up a card, when I’m trying to just buy a gift for someone.

My nails are super teeny tiny but Jamie makes them look awesome! I always do french tipped (both regular and no chip) and her steady hands make a perfectly straight line every time.
I’m a big baby when it comes to getting a massage because I either get tickeled or hurt by too much pressure. Anton is awesome.
Amanda is very good about assessing what type of hairstyle will be good for you based not only on the texture and type of hair they have but also, how much time you truly put into your hair back to the way it looked when you left the salon.

, and a few questions about my morning routine, she was able to come up with a great new look for me.
Amanda did it all from the shampoo /​scalp massage to the super-​cute haircut. She even threw in a mini-​blow drying lesson, once she realized how desperately I needed it. I have been getting a ton of compliments on my hair — even when I don’t use my new hair drying skills!
Lulu aka Sarah does wonders with eyebrows too! I was extremely wary of anyone touching my eyebrows after a botched threading job that made me look surprised for months. Sarah (called Lulu because there are so many Sarah’s at this spa) waxed and trimmed my eyebrows just enough to clean them up without sending me to the nearest cosmetics counter for an eyebrow pencil.
The BEST part about this spa is the FREE 2 hours of child care, even if you aren’t a Lifetime Fitness member! I put both of my kids in the Wednesday rock climbing class and they loved it! They are begging me to go back. I guess I will just have to book myself a massage or a facial soon… I’d be doing if for the kids!

You can’t miss this spa. It’s right inside the Lifetime Fitness health club.
They are an Aveda salon so majority of their hair products are… duh.Aveda. But now they carry Bumble and Bumble, and a decent collection of skincare products (Murad), and makeup.
If you need any facials, waxing (for him/​her), MARIAM is the expert. She is like my second mother, and seriously the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I get my eyebrow design, eyebrown tint, and eyelash tint from her. She is so fast when it comes to a Brazilian wax. She makes sure everything is neat & tidy. I’ve taken couple of my gf’s to her for bikini/​brazilian, and they were pleased with the result.
As for updo’s, colors, and blowdries. SIMA and RANIA. Master stylist and colorists. They don’t mess around and my hair always feel so sexy.
