I’ve had great experiences at both locations of Henri Bendel in Chicagoland. The quality of their products is good and when I once had a problem with a product they replaced it immediately, no questions or hassle. Their level of customer service is really high, especially compared with so many other stores that have really lost ANY type of good service. I think the HB sales reps can be a little smothering, but they are super helpful so I overlook that.

I’ve purchased items from Henri Bendel online as gifts and the quality of their merchandise is impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to their store. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and their merchandise is chic, cute and affordable. I buy from various different brands and was extremely surprised by the courteousness of the staff throughout my visit and the incredible prices of various items. I would highly recommended the in-store experience at this location and will definitely be back!

Interesting scented candels, but other than that I cannot say this store is great. I also feel like I can get these scents at smaller independently owned stores for cheaper.
