Buffalo Wild Wings

Today was great my wings were amazing! Mind you it’s usually packed today but it wasn’t that bad for being super bowl night! My waiter was really good in making sure we had everything that we needed.

I for one love their food, but I as a women I am highly offended that there are tv’s in the men’s bathroom and not the women’s. I think that is unfair. I would like to be able to enjoy my pee as much as the men. #offened

I love wings. I wanted to order wings for an event for my university so I ordered ahead. The person answering was very friendly and helpful. Students from Northwestern also go there frequently because we need to have our wings fix. Bone in wings are $ 0.60 on Tuesdays and boneless are $ 0.60 on Thursdays.

This place gets two stars only because I’m feeling generous. The place is run like its high school high. It has poor management especially since Big Mike is no longer there. How hard can it be to get an order correct? Obviously it must be pretty hard. I’ve given them their chances and now it comes to this. I will not be back.

Why do I keep doing this to myself. I come here and every time I just expect the food to be edible. I’m very disappointed. WING STOP is gonna be my only stop. Pun intended. (1star because I have to)

I like the food here but the service is just unacceptable. Slow, and food comes out lukewarm to cold. Uncaring waitstaff. Will not be back to this location.

Bad service and poor food quality. Last time I ordered I asked for wings with extra sauce, cooked well done. I got the wings dry with hardly any sauce on them, with the wrong sauce that was so hot I almost burned my tongue off, and wings that were almost rare even though I ordered them well done. So they couldn’t even get one thing right. On top of that they refused me for the lunch special, even though I ordered 5 minutes before the 2pm deadline. Wtf?! Never again… Go to wingstop across the street for an overall better experience.

The wings are just ok. I remember getting Buffalo Wings from a friend in the Marine Corps from Buffalo, New York. They were made with a cayenne pepper sauce and we’re blazing hot. There wasalso meat on the bones. What they sell now is a shadow of the former Buffalo Wings. The best place in Chicago to get hot wings was the Players Club on Ashland Av. But that’s long gone.
So I had the «Street Tacos». The were frigin disgusting. The chicken was dry, greasy and hard. There was enough salt, ranch and garlic flavoring to kill a horse. It tasted like a Taco Bell entre that was canned for a year, opened, shoved up a garlic plants ass and dipped in ground up salt from sea biscuits salt lick.
I’m pretty sure it’s my last visit.

I use to come here all the time but lately they have not been on top of their game. The last couple experiences haven’t been the best. Long wait, rude staff and cold food. No thanks!

I love BWW. Came here on a Sunday afternoon to watch the games with some friends. The wait wasn’t too bad about 15 mins. The place was really busy. The service was good.
the chicken tenders and potatoes wedges never disappoint. The sauce selections is amazing, so many to try.

All Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to is awesome but this one here is so bad worst place I’ve ever been food was disgusting wings were even dripping. Was not well cooked.

A+ for service. Ask for Julie N. She’s funny, polite, charismatic, gives you enough space to enjoy your meal and chat, but attentive enough to refill drinks as needed. She gives you service that you’d expect at a much fancier restaurant.
Buffalo Wild Wings food is consistent regardless where you go, a «meh.» So that’s what it is, but the service was awesome.

Terrible. Attended by mostly teenagers with no motivation. Chicken tenders were microwave heated and hard as rock, and sodium levels were high in all sauces and food, unedible. Best of the meal: the water. Ugh! What a waste of my Sunday!

Having come here not as often compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings… I don’t ever seem to have a good experience in comparison to others. The food is usually not always fresh, the staff never smiles and they look as though they are here for the paycheck, nothing more…
It’s also impressive that this locations holds onto the smaller wings (bone-​in or boneless) for the weekly specials of $ 0.60 wings… I’ve asked staff and the managers, which they have no answer other than an apology…
But none the less, I still love to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings and will continue to, just going to start avoiding this location all together.
Maybe, Refresh some staff members?

I have been going to this BWW for about two years now. I have always had only good experiences at this BWW. I love how they have over 20 different sauces and a few days out of the week they have great sales.
This specific location is very nice. It is always clean, and has quick service. Even on the days where there is a game. I would highly recommend coming to eat here even if you have kids.
Deal days:
Tuesday: Traditional wings
Wednesday: Legs (I think the best deal!)
Thursday: Boneless wings

Came here on a Tuesday around 4PM, go figure. 60c classic wing Tuesday is the only day I ever go to Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was pretty empty. Service started out great!
Waitress asked for our drink orders, my two buddies ordered a beer but as I chose my alcoholic beverage they had told me they did not carry my choice. Went on to pick another one which I was also told they did not have. I just wasn’t meant to have beer with my wings that day.
We had 36 wings between the 3 of us. Honey BBQ, Hot BBQ, Wild, Mango Habanero, spicy garlic, and thai curry, basket of fries. So our drinks come first, having a good time, watching sports and just chatting away. We notice that the wait for our food is beginning to get quite long. Our drinks are pretty much empty but my friends just order another round and I just patiently wait. I would say in total, about an hour had passed before the food came out. Tables who were seated after us were getting their food and our waiter kept coming back to reassure us that the food was on the way.
Finally after what seemed like ages, our wings finally came out so we started eating. The waitress told us that the computer had some sort of glitch so it wasn’t printing tickets but i don’t believe them because other parties were getting their food left and right. At least she was kind and brought us out some extra ranch.
The wings were good. Typical and what you would expect. The only thing I would say was different than normal was that they were a little less sauced then I remembered.
Ordered 6 blazing wings togo. We were going to play drinking games back at the apartment and the loser would have to eat the wings. We ended up getting hungry later anyways and decided to attempt the blazing wings. The wings were a lot less spicy then we had imagined.

This is a great themed fast food restaurant. If you can get beyond the lack of flatscreen TVs, this place is worth a shot for a quick bite and beer. I mean, why they did not have flatscreen TVs on the ceiling was beyond me.
I did not check the bathroom having only a couple beers. I just assumed there were TVs on the bathroom walls and in the toilet stalls. It’s just assumed, right?
My hamburger was thick and delicious. The bun was fresh and french fries crispy like I like it. When fries are too soft, it is just the devil’s work. Floppy fries are for Frenchman and traitors.
Since when no free refills for red wine?
My waitress/​server/​whatever was so a pleasant I almost tipped her 20% — I’ll get her next time.

I think this is my first review regarding this Franchise restaurant. When we stepped in the restaurant it didn’t look very clean and we were a little worried of what we might have for your dinner.
However, the food and the service was definitely better than I expected from a family restaurant. The server was very attentive and didn’t hesitate to advise on what might be good options for us. The wings were quite tasty.
Would definitely go for wings again whenever I feel like it.
