Caribou Coffee

Sioux Falls has decent coffee. It is not here. Having just experienced the service and one coffee drink, here’s my review:
Bad Service. Maybe everyone is pressed under the thumb of meany-​pants managers or they simply don’t like people, but not once did I get a smile and I barely got a hello. I wanted to jump up and down and shout «HELLOOO!!! I“M JUDGING YOU ON YOUR SERVICE AS MUCH AS YOU ARE JUDGING ME ON MY PUMPKIN SPICE IN MAY»
Anyway, I’m sure the service wouldn’t make me feel like I didn’t belong there as much if I went through the drive thru. Maybe I should borrow a nice car so that I can fit in, you pricks.
Drink: Yes, a Pumpkin Spice in May. Lay-​off. I sat for 15 MINUTES waiting for this drink. To boot, it was iced. Wanna know what an iced coffee with PS and no sugar tastes like? You wouldn’t be interested.
Caribou gets two stars for two reasons: I like the décor, and they have a drive thru, albeit on a busy street which makes it hard in and out. That’s it.
Need some coffee? Skip this place.

Good coffee always but extremely rude staff. I called a «cooler» a «blender» and the blonde girl working the drive through made my drink hot, then proceeded to lecture me that next time I need to call it a «cooler» so they can make it right. Thought this was very rude. I visited this location at least once a week until this happened.

Large inviting seating area with separate space for larger louder groups. Really like ice tea selection along with non hot coffee drinks. Still a little behind Starbucks on hot coffee drinks… I usually hit the place over most other coffee shops in town

Good coffee but quality of service is lower when compared to Starbucks’ in the area. I’ve come in in my «working on the house and I need a cup of good coffee» work clothes and I received a very cool reception, which was too bad, especially since I spent $ 12 on coffee and treats. If someone offers Caribou coffee to me, I’ll drink it, but for the ‘best nectar of the gods’ experiences, I’m sticking with Starbucks.

Fast, friendly Caribou service… with a drive thru! Yesss…
And they made my Turtle mocha just like I like ‘em. Very easy to get to this location (especially when your heading north on Minnesota ave.)
