Ordered and asked if I could use a coupon for 1 topping pizza on the bbq chicken. Guy over the phone asks«what do you think? No you can’t» I said I just wanted to clarify, then cancelled my order because I’ve worked in customer service and I had to bite my tongue when customers asked dumb questions, so you should have to as well. Super disrespectful. Management needs to have a talk with that guy.

We just moved to the area about a year ago and it’s always difficult to find a go-to place for delivery. We definitely found it in Little Mazen. We have not been disappointed yet and have ordered everything from pizza to wings to Chicken Parm entrees. Everything is always piping hot even though they do come quite a distance to my home in Granby. The wings are always crispy, the pizza is killer, and the people are always very nice. If you’re looking for a good delivery place for salads, pizzas, wings and subs then look no further.

Real disappointed here. I ordered food from them and they were late. On top of this they did not bring my $ 7 caesar salad that I ordered. The gentleman who I assummed was a manager said he would credit my card back to me immediatly when the driver got back. In good faith I waited and said ok that’s fine. Well it has been a week now and no credit for the salad back to my charge card. I really liked some of the food but man what a bad experience. I could have forgiven the late thing, seen past the whole salad thing, but to not credit me and screw up a third time just shows lack of effort. The food rating is 4 stars. The service rating is a 0 star. The wait for delivery 2 stars. Order accurracy is a 0 star.

Have ordered food to be delivered several times now through Eat25& have been very impressed with the owner/manager’s effort & desire to make sure he understands our order(I usually ask for pasta al Dante or request that something be left out of a dish). Food is always good. Recently my husband called for a repeat order of one we’d just received but that was accidently dropped & they insisted on delivering a replacement on the house. What a wonderful surprise!

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered my food 90 minutes ago with an estimated delivery of 35 – 60 minutes ago. I called the restaurant to ask and he told me my food is ready but he has no driver. After 90 minutes it hasn’t left and he has no estimate because he doesn’t have a driver ready. You must be kidding me. He even gave me an attitude saying«how can I get you your food if I don’t have a driver. Wow. I’ll come back and update when and if food gets here.

Awful awful awful pizza. Did I mention awful. $ 25.00 for a large pizza half cheese half BBQ chicken. Not edible so bad. I could have gone to Little City for a very good pizza for the same price and got a large and small. Awful.

Little Mazen simply has the BEST, highest quality Pizza & Grinders, and for a reasonable price. I frequent the pizza shop After work, and often either get Pizza by the slice, or a large 16″ Grinder, stuffed with cheese, toppings and meat. The Pizza by the slice is convenient and fresh. You tell them what you want on it, and in a couple minutes you’ve got a custom(Giant!) Slice ready for eating. They have lots of different ingredients on hand including avocados, which is a great touch I would highly recommend. I’ve maybe tried 5 different types of grinders, all of them good, but my favorite and go-to is their Roast Beef. To top it off, they have free delivery and when I go into the shop, the owner and his crew are friendly and just Good guys overall. 5⁄5

Ordered buffalo wings, pizza, and Caesar salad. Wings were not good. Flaccid skin(not crispy), very little amount of buffalo sauce, not spicy and all oil. I would assume it was just an off night for the wings, but on no night should wings of that quality be allowed to leave the kitchen, so they should have been re-made. I could only eat three out of ten. Salad was not good either especially, at $ 6 for lettuce, cheese, and Ken’s brand dressing. The pizza was alright, enjoyed the dough. The counter service was pleasant. Hate to preach negativity but hoping to offer some constructive criticism on the menu items outside of the pizza. Disappointing experience but would be interested in returning if the quality of the items improved because I like the color local spots bring to the community.

Nice thin crust, NY-style pizza. A little char on the bottom. I didn’t finish the edges, they were a little too hard, but the inner crust was very good. Plenty of toppings, fresh mozz, good sauce. Their salads are pretty good too. In a lesser pizza state this would be among the very best — in CT, they are a solid local option(top-3 in Simsbury). I’ve been told that they have an online ordering system that works very well, and their pies are ready on time.

Their pizza is classic thin crust, but nothing out of the ordinary it, with one exception: you should definitely try the white potato pizza. It is exactly that, a white pizza with hot potato, with some sour cream and chopped bacon thrown in the mix. Simply put, it’s delicious.

*********************GOTOLITTLECITYINSTEAD!!! They put love in their pizza!************* I’d give negative stars if possible. Went here one time, pizza was gross and chicken fingers were pretty good. Went a second time and tried to use a coupon and my the owner argued some crazy reason we couldn’t use the coupon, and would rather throw the order away(which he did) than give it to us for the price we thought it would be with the coupon. We were not trying to get something free or get anything other than the discount the coupon mentioned. I got the idea that some mafia guys opened up shop in Simsbury by the way we were treated. The guy seemed angered and very offended that we would try to use a coupon at his establishment. Just not what you expect going to a business in Simsbury. Hopefully they will close up shop in Simsbury and move back to the ‘hood where they belong. I promise if I had anything nice to say I’d say it.

Ordered delivery for my family on Eat24– we had two orders of meat lasagna, one meatball sub, two orders of wings, and a buff chix wrap. Food came within the promised time, and I was able to use a $ 10 off coupon. The wrap, wings, and meatball sub were all delicious and still warm when they arrived. However, my parents were not fans of the lasagna– it was drowned in sauce and had barely, if any cheese. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars! Will definitely order again!

I don’t know what it is about their buffalo chicken pizza, but for being an entirely untraditional format(using red sauce, very light cheese, jalapenos and diced chicken in hot sauce), this is probably the most addictive pie I’ve ever had. Regardless if they make it too spicy(a risk you always take), or if it’s a little overcooked, I find myself coming back time and time again for another. I can’t speak about their other menu items, but if you ever want a delicious meal, call them up and order a buffalo chicken pizza from Little Mazen!

This is a true family run business. Since the business is fairly new the owner makes the pizza and seems to always be in the shop, Owner has worked for some of the best pizza places in CT. And he is very proud of what he does He told me the shop is named after his son Mazen. Love the thin crust and toppings are done perfectly. We love that he delivers!

Again good food, but a large cheese pizza cost $ 17.00. They raised their prices since the last time we came. Not sure if I would go back simply due to the cost.

Little Mazen’s makes a mean pie, and now that I can place orders online ordering pizza every night doesn’t sound too absurd! LOL

I have to start off by qualifying this. I had heard from the person I was with that their large pizzas are made differently. They described the large pizzas as being new york style wide pizzas. I ordered a medium pizza and it was very different. The delivery was pretty quick though. I ordered a medium pizza with italian toppings(salami, pepperoni, etc). Instead of being toppings they pretty much wrapped the entire top of the pizza in the salami and pepperoni. There’s expected to be a level of greasiness with salami and pepperoni, but even this was a little overboard on the grease. There seemed to be no cheese at all and the overall taste was just greasy and nothing particularly special.

The Groupon got me in, but the pizza will probably get me back. Simsbury is blessed with some great pizza joints– Luna, Joe Pizza, Little City, and First and Last come to mind right off the bat. But armed with my Groupon, I set foot into Little Mazen for the very first time today. First impressions were it’s small –just a few tables and chairs and some counter stools. Makes sense because Mazen is primarily a take out and delivery place. When you walk in, you’ll see some pretty huge pizzas perched in a display case, and what is freaking amazing is that the pizzas are cut into quarters because they offer the largest pizza slice I have ever seen for $ 4 and change. We did a take-out order of a large antipasto salad($ 9.59) and a large cheese pizza($ 16.95). The salad has a lot of meat in it and the lettuce was cold, fresh, and crisp. We just split one half of it for lunch, so it definitely contains 4 servings. One annoying and petty thing I have to mention, when asked what dressing wanted, I asked for 2 and was told he’s have to charge me for one. That seems way cheapo. Nevertheless, the salad was a solid choice. Simply put, the pizza was outstanding. Excellent thin crust. Delicious sauce exploding with flavor. Plenty of cheese. As good as anything I’ve had around here. It’s located way up in the northern part of Simsbury, near the Skating Center and almost to the Granby line. I would definitely order from here again if I was in the immediate area.

My dad introduced me to Little Mazen Pizza a while back and I’ve been a fan ever since. I’ve ordered(on various occasions) a veggie with bacon(yes, bacon), a spinach and mushroom and I’ve also ordered the mac and cheese. I’ll say now that the pizza was amazing; hot, crispy, cooked to perfection but I was a little underwhelmed by the mac and cheese. I am the biggest lover of mac and cheese; i often make it at home from scratch(no, not out of a box) so I get rather excited when I see that restaurants are starting to serve it on their menus. I opened it up, mouth salivating, only to find it was straight up boxed kraft-ish mac and cheese. Sure, they doctored it up with various creamy cheeses but it was still not as I’d hoped. Having said that, I’ll eat pretty much any mac and cheese, but I much prefer the homemade varieties. The owner is amazingly nice, he chats with us every time we’re in and makes us feel like family! I’ve never had an issue with the speed at which things were made… they tell me it’ll be ready in 30 minutes, and I’m there in 30 to pick up and it’s waiting for me! I can’t wait to go back!
