Looks like they sent the old man from his old store to here. The place is not bad plus his new crew took care of me on Black Friday. I got my stuff in the mail. They help order it.

Went there today and two of the biggest lops I ever met couldn’t help me at all one of them was sitting behind the counter playing on his phone and the other was complaining about how tired she was what a joke. Went to the one on Tapo they were very professional and helped me out with what I needed. Stay away from the one on Erringer go to the one on Tapo. I

I used to work here. In fact, I was the Bryce mentioned in one of the other reviews. Unfortunately, a lot has changed. Radioshack as a whole went sales crazy a couple years ago. While their slogan used to be «Think Customer First», they went away from this. Now, it’s all about pushing cell phones to every customer. I left Radioshack on my terms, so I don’t want this to seem like a post by some disgruntled former employee. The thing is, I have standards in customer service. The assistant manager, Shant, at this store failed them. I tried to exchange something for store credit that I bought about 45 days ago. Knowing that the return policy is cash back in 30 days and store credit in 90 days, I didn’t even ask for my money back. I went straight for the store credit. Shant didn’t think this was acceptable. He turned over the receipt to read the return policy. I tend to believe an assistant manager should know the return policy off the top of his head, but maybe that’s just me. After he read the company policy on returns, he still refused to give me store credit. Needless to say I was a little disappointed by the level of service(and ability to read logically). Radioshack has transformed into a high performance push, low pay workplace. The associates now represent that. It’s best just to accept that they’re useless in today’s world and shop elsewhere. Newegg, Best Buy, and Amazon are much better choices for anything Radioshack could try to offer.

Drug front, Drug front, Drug front…“Laquisha call the COPS! Girl lets get out of this joint, before they bust this sh*t wide open and we get caught in the crossfire!!” This place is ridiculous. Why do they have to make me angry and go ghetto on their asses? Why do they have to make me throw a BF? (bitch fit, reference«White Chicks») geez do i have to explain every reference, hop on the ghetto train already and join the club. My sister and I came here the day after the Black Friday madness to look at a GPS that was on sale. So it wasn’t on display so we asked to see it and was immediately shoved a box and the guy proceeded to try and hawk other crap to us. Not even asking if we wanted what we were looking at, he rung us up and I felt obligated to pay. Before I gave him my card I asked him if they would charge me a restocking fee in case i didn’t want it. He promptly replied that as long as i didn’t open up the packaging and the plastic, that i would be good to go. Four days later… I got a different GPS that had more features on it.(features I’ll probably never use, but god damit this is America, and I can have whatever I want, so the more the merrier) So I decide to return the no name brand to Radioshack since I had not opened it yet. I bring it back in and they give me a big hassle about it and tell me that I am going to be charged a restocking fee. I look at him like he’s joking because its not open. Its still pristinely wrapped in the packaging. Its obvious that I didn’t open it, and didn’t use it. Yet for some strange reason the other employee had told me there was no restocking fee as long as i didn’t open it. I tell him who told me this and he immediately fires back, «that particular employee is new»… … ,… as if that matters to me? Why should i care? wtf? and so i had to wait for the manager to show up to the store in order to «override» the charging of a restocking fee… to top it all off… yes folks there is some more ridiculousnesses. the manager was some mean domineering Napolean complex little lady with the audacity to give me an attitude and make it sound like she was doing a favor for me. Excuse me? Not knowing that I’m like one of those crazy bored housewives whose going to call and write to corporate about this shadyness and her uncouth and domineering behavior towards customers. And looking at the economy… really they shouldn’t be turning any customers away. Its not as if Radioshack is a real happening place… I’m surprised they haven’t merged with like office max or something… they must be like the Croc’s brand… hemorraging money out the you know what… :) Never coming here again… No one messes with me and gets away with it… no one.

Nerd central. I only shop here if I have to, usually for a random cable or headphone jack. The staff is always eager to sell the latest in Optimus brand sound and hope nobody takes their red staplers.
