I am quite unable to give this establishment«NO» stars, they deserve such a rating… Let me explain… Several weeks ago… my wife and I stopped in to purchase a roast beef sandwich, we were hungry, such a meal sounded good… with the fixings… Whole wheat bread, beef was heated somewhat… chips came with it… If you have ever utilized 220 grit sandpaper on wood, then this sandwich is for you… it was rough, coarse, and dry… indeed, a desert has humidity levels ranging from zero to four percent… the amount of dryness in this roast beef sandwich would make any self-respecting desert region noticeably blanch… Indeed, the chips were the only thing edible… since they were not made by human hands. I wrote a note to the proprietor… no calls and emails and contacts ensued… hence, I will use this one-way communication to express my displeasure… It is a simple piece of advice… Do not eat here… How about 31 Flavors? Yes… but it is with much regret that they are physically connected to this TOGO’s.

I love coming here! My fiancé and I come here for dinner at least once a week sometimes more. Eric is so friendly and always makes my wraps perfect! The other employees who work at night are also amazing! I’m not sure on all their names but everyone is super nice and has a great attitude and I love seeing that. I work for a good service and I know how important that is. I just want to say thank you to the employees for doing a great job! The only downer I have noticed is that, I went here once during lunch and there is a much older lady who is kind of slow at making my food, especially on a lunch hour. She is really nice but she never smiles and she doesn’t make the sandwich very well.

We just stopped by to grab sandwiches to go after a run. Eric greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, and made our sandwiches. He made a few great suggestions(like ask for the spring mix instead of lettuce! Or mixing the fruity Sobe and Sierra Mist at the soda fountain! So good) He was knowledgeable, friendly and we will absolutely be back because of his awesome customer service.

Must be under new management. My sandwich was great and the service was excellent. Fresh ingredients, prepared well, and reasonably priced. I am very satisfied and happy. Not that many choices in the area but TOGO’s exceeded my expectations. Crazy thing is that it is now an ice cream shop and a sandwich shop all at once. Must be a franchise thing now. Thank you TOGO’s.

I Love going to Togo’s because they have a great variety of sandwiches that taste fresh! They even have veggie sandwich options for vegetarians. Togo’s also had fast customer service and friendly workers. This will be my new sandwich spot.

We wanted a quick and healthy lunch, well we got healthy. The staff was nice but they seemed overwhelmed and uncoordinated. I have seen sub places flow thru customers, the wait here with only a few patrons was too long, the bread was a little hard also.

Every time going to this places is a nightmare. With the girls which they are very unpleasant, mean and rude. They act like they are doing everybody a favor. Owners managers you need more competitive customer service if you want to keep his business running. How is it that no body pay attention to what is happening??? Me and my family never going back to this place again. I can go with my money anyplace I want to. To bad for your business.

I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. The service was great and the sandwich was always good. Recently I have noticed the staff seems to not know what they are doing. It took two employees to figure out how to make a meatball sandwhich. They have no time limit for how long the food has been sitting out. They wait till they run out. I regretted ordering the second I looked behind the counter. They even almost gave my sandwich they took 15 minutes to figure out how to make to someone else. I don’t know how this place passes inspection. They must have the good employees present during that time. I won’t be back. I hope this place either gets shut down or hires actual comptent employees soon.

Nothing special about this place. Bland sandwich, you are better off going to firehouse, will never eat here again, as this was my first time. Not enough meat on the pastrami, basically a loose, loose situation

I like the sandwiches but the customer service lately is awful. Last time I came in I asked for the Italian sandwich. After it was made the girl proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any Italian dressing. She could have told me that before making the sandwich. Another time I asked for a certain flavor ice cream and was told they didn’t have it. I then walked over and pointed at the ice cream i had asked for and was given attitude. I used to always go here but won’t anymore.

I come here multiple times a month. Sandwiches and ice cream for dessert, can’t pass that up! Reading previous reviews I felt I should give my input. Every time I come here I have had a good experience. The staff is always friendly and listens if I ask for extra or less of anything. I personally think that those customers that are willing to call managers or any part of the staff«a** holes» or any names for that matter probably aren’t the friendliest. I worked customer service for years before my career and you will always get negative people who complain but I can say that I have left togos and Baskin Robbins happy every time! Thanks to the service and great food

I used to come in here all the time and get the Tri Tip sandwich or a sundae. They don’t know how to cook the meat and always seem to serve it to me completely pink. I ask them to heat it up again and they make such a big deal like I’m asking them to do so much. I came in to get a sundae and I asked for light chocolate and the girl put 2 pumps of chocolate in. I then said can I have a refund I don’t want it and then the girl proceeds to tell me they don’t do refunds. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he’s not here but I’ll call him. Then she goes in the back and comes out 5 minutes later and hands me the phone. The owner is a complete asshole, the workers are a bunch of high school kids that don’t so anything, and the tables are disgusting. I will not ever be coming back here again.

The service is really hit & miss. Often times in the evening, when the boss isnt there– the tables are dirty and the trash is overflowing. Also, the young adults working there seem to do a lot of socializing amongst themselves. However, these things wouldn’t stop me from going there again– BUT, I witnessed the girl behind the Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors ice cream counter put the can of whipped cream directly into her mouth and fill her mouth up with it. She then swallowed the whipped cream and put the can of whipped cream back on to the counter. While I was waiting for my sandwich to be made, I witnessed her make someone either a shake or sundae and use the same can of whipped cream she had just put inside her mouth. I wish I could have got her name, but I didnt see a name badge. and quite frankly, I just wanted to book it out of that place. This happened in early February– haven’t been back since. It’s sad because the owner has no idea things like this happen when he isnt there. I would imagine he has invested quite a bit of money into these places. I believe he owns the other one on Madera, as well as the Roundtable on Cochran & Erringer.

Awful processed antibiotic ingredients. Might as well eat at McDonald’s. Just ate at a new place on Madera, Old School Sandwiches & Salads. All natural homemade food awesome :)

I’ve been a few times and I need to write a review. I am not big on reviews of chains but this Togo’s does it for me. They always make a solid sandwich and its not just thrown together and the level of service is more than you would expect. I appreciate the employees being friendly and caring about their job regardless of the level!

I used to come here all the time when I worked in the area. Sandwiches are better than the typical Subway sandwich but you’ll be paying for it. Pastrami on honey wheat and the turkey club were my favorites especially if Miguel was making them. His sandwiches always taste better than when others make it. This place used to have a SMOKING deal on large sandwiches after 4:00pm for $ 5! Now I think they have upped their prices to $ 6 which is kind of a bummer but still a pretty good deal. I think the main reason I cannot give TOGO’s 4 stars is due to the consistency. Usually the sandwiches are good but there are times(especially when Miguel isn’t there) when the sandwiches aren’t that good. The portions are at times meager and the bread at night can be stale. I’m still a fan and will always be a patron but since I no longer work near here I don’t go out of my way to eat here.

Ate here for lunch with the office girls. I had a pastrami sandwich which was very good, on a nice warm french roll. They pack on the meat! My colleagues had vegetarian choices, one with cucumbers and the other avocado something or other… both enjoyed equally. Kind of pricey for what you get, but the food is fresh, quickly prepared and enjoyable enough for a sandwich joint.

Togo’s was for lunch today. My buddy and I ordered sandwiches, got sandwiches, and ate our sandwiches. He got an avacado/cucumber, and I got the«Cobb» which was basically a salad in bread. Although to be honest, it was more like a turkey sandwich with bacon than a Cobb salad in bread. But still, it was fairly cheap(8:50 for the large sandwich) fairly tasty, fairly quick and the girl who served me was friendly enough. That’s all we can ask for in a sandwich place, right? I was tempted to get an ice cream at the built-in Baskin Robbins, but it was a pretty big sandwich, so I didn’t.
