Special-T’s

As a long time customer, I’ve always been satisfied with special T’s, however, the most recent time I tried to use their services, it required that I send them a logo, and we were to discuss the details over an e mail or two.
Upon entering my information, I was led to a spamblocker website that prompted me to enter details of my inquiry and provide them with a coded number that was to be entered correctly. are they really having such a problem with spam that they have to inconvenience their potential customers?
anyways, I complied, but then I was asked to go through the entire process again every time I need to reply to a question. As a customer, why am I being forced to jump through hoops just to get a bid? I find this nonsense completely unacceptable.
I’ve never questioned a price quote form special T’s before, but being made to feel like a criminal just to get a quote does not make me feel welcome, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I came in for a last-​minute photo t-​shirt that was a birthday gift. I can’t say enough about the great experience I had at Special-​Ts. This was especially true because I had already had a bad experience at another shop and was desperate to make it right. The woman at the shop was super friendly and professional. Special Ts not only gave me a beautiful photo t-​shirt that I was proud to give as a gift, it was a great price and it was turned around practically on the spot. I am so happy I went to Special-T’s.

I had 2 last mine requests for a license plate holder and a personalized sweater 2 days before Christmas. She was so sweet, and super busy but got it done within 24 hours.
Everything looked great. I do wish they’d have the metallic background on the letters on the license plate holders though. The holder is all shiny metal, but not where the words are :/​regardless it looked fine!

I have had many items embroidered here from Christmas stockings to baby blankets. She does a wonderful job. Everyone I give gifts to that I had embroidered love the personal touch.
She is reasonably priced and great service.

Unprofessional, completely gave me the cold shoulder when I wanted to customize (50) t-​shirts. I had something in mind and wanted some «professional» input but I felt like she just had no intentions of doing business with me. She kept making excuses of why she couldn’t do what I wanted rather than finding solutions. She tried to over-​charge me so I just walked out and left.
I would recommend going to BVI Apparel USA.

What a great store. Although the physical store is tucked back in a large shopping center, the products that come from there are of great quality. Mindy worked with my company to add our logo to a variety of work shirts (polos) and I never had an issue during any part of the process. She responded in a timely manner to my emails and phone calls and was extremely helpful and friendly.
My company wanted to support our local vendors here in Simi Valley and searched for a few places and ended up talking with Mindy at Special T’s Embroidery. We will recommend this shop to our friends and business associates. This is a family owned business and they provided great service!
