Tiny little store looks like it’s primarily for tux rental. Don’t waste your time going there if you’re looking for anything else.

DON’T! Just save yourself a ton of aggravation, frustration and high blood pressure. Pieces missing, wrong sizes, data base between Men’s Wearhouse in other cities are not connected, «miscommunications», hours on the phone to corporate, RUDE sales people, can’t seem to spell the groom’s last name correctly after 13 times given, want me to go on? These people are in the business of renting/selling formal attire. If they can’t handle a wedding party of 5, I’m not sure what they might be good at??? We all work very hard for the money we choose to spend. DON’T SPENDYOURSHERE!

Three days before my son is due to wear his tux for prom we have had to do a major revamp since his girlfriend’s dress that she ordered online arrived and is the wrong one. Worlds apart from what she purchased and the tux that is waiting to be picked up. I have to say that the ladies at Men’s Wearhouse and Tux did not even blink an eye. They have been so gracious and accommodating. They even let me reserve a few different items since we won’t know how it will come together until it all gets tried on the day of prom. Talk about stressful. I have to say though that it was made less so by their professionalism and understanding. I would definitely rent here again in the future.

I’ve waited 3 months after my wedding to write this review, in hopes that things would change and I would hear back from them. here is my story: My wedding was in December 2012 and we ordered 5 tuxes 6 weeks in advance. As many brides do, I chose different colors for my groomsmen so that they could match my bridesmaids at this location. Due to our busy schedule, we asked a family member to pick up all the tuxes to find out they were ordered with the WRONGCOLOR vests and ties. They also ordered the WRONG tux shirt for my father in law(it was the wrong size) and they did not have his size in the store. The only thing they said that could be done is wait until the morning of the wedding to see if his size came in(this wasn’t even certain). Fortunately, after calling around, the Northridge store did have the correct shirt for him(otherwise, he would have been shirtless on our wedding). Too bad for us, the wedding was only 2 days away and there was no time to get things fixed. The day after the wedding, we brought up the mistakes to the person in the store and was told the manager would call us back. 2 weeks go by, not a phone call. So we called again and was told the manager never got the message and would look over the problem again. Again, no phone call. After calling back more times, we still have not received a call back from anyone. I am DISAPPOINTED that such a large company would not even give us a call back, even to apologize considering our colors were all wrong and it was too late to change it! Basically, don’t spend the time to choose the colors or get measured because it’s going to turn out wrong anyways and apparently no one in the store really cares. To the seniors going to prom and wanting their date to match their dress– good luck, something will go wrong. I am never going back to a Mens Wearhouse again, and I have a lot of family members getting married soon… Lastly, the workers smoke in the back INSIDE the store!!! what is up with that?!

I called this store to get some information about renting a suit for the men in my wedding. The guy on the phone was so rude. I was in the middle of a question and he interrupts me to say«do you have anymore questions ma’am» uh seriously! How rude I was asking a question u idiot. Needless to say I never went in to get the suits. I went to Burlington coat factory and bought several for the same price as renting! Won’t go here ever!
