Edible Arrangements

We bought a huge arrangement to bring to a reception following a funeral.
We wanted enough fruit for at least 50 people and they did not disappoint.
I went in to place my order and the young lady was a bit confused but she let me come around and look at the computer screen and she navigated for me (which made it much easier).
She went in back and got container sizes, explained how much fruit was in each size, helped me pick an arrangement and all the extra fruit we wanted to «plump up» our arrangement.
I was highly satisfied with the level of customer service.
We had wanted to deliver on the day before but we could not chose the time and it was noted that a large amount of refrigeration space would be needed so we picked up the day of the funeral and brought it ourselves.
Turns out when I was plumping up our arrangement I ordered too much fruit so the gentleman who made our order was kind enough to use the extra to make a 2^nd small arrangement (perfect because then we had one in the house and one on the table in the backyard).
If you are adding extra fruit to your arrangement I highly recommend adding the Carmel & chocolate dipped sea salt apples. They were a huge hit with everyone and had I known they were going to be so popular I would have added another dozen of them.
This arrangement and the service we received far exceeded all expectations and made me very happy we decided on this rather than flowers or something else that would not have been as enjoyable for everyone.
Prior to this I had used edible arrangements online to order from the store in Encinitas CA to provide a kids desert for a holiday meal and to send an arrangement to a sick relative in FL but never had any personal dealings with them. I will now be using them for local business too.

Everyone at this store is amazing! They were all so helpful with my custom order and went above and beyond my expectations. Gustavo and Maria both took the time to help me when the website was giving me issues! I had some customizations and they got them all right. Even the owner Michael was helpful and went out of his way to Make sure the card was right and I was happy. If your debating on sending someone a tasty gift for any occasion call them or order from them online because this location knows how to treat their customers and will leave you happy with your purchase.

I would give them 5 stars if they let me choose a time for delivery! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mom’s birthday and they estimated a delivery date (which I made sure was on her birthday) but no delivery time, so I had to lie to my mom and tell her to stay home on her birthday because «I had an important package coming»…I was trying to surprise her. If they attempted a delivery and she wasn’t home, she’d have to pick it up at their location… My answer to that was «ummm…no».
I called in to make sure they would be delivering it to her on time and they said there was nothing they can do, for it was all up to the delivery driver’s route.
They ended up delivering at 7:30PM. (How inconvenient…) although my mom was surprised and happy, that’s pretty much all that mattered at this point. But from now on I think I’m better off delivering it myself.
Pro: delicious chocolate covered strawberries (according to my mom)
Con: delivery time

I had ordered one of their large edible arrangements (forgot the name) for a wedding shower. I was told the arrangement would be a good size for around 22 people. When I received the arrangement, it was extremely small and I was very disappointed. 100 dollars for that?! I called and made a complaint and within 20 minutes, there was a knock on my door with a complimentary chocolate strawberry platter of about 20 or more strawberries. Even though I was displeased, the customer service was great and did not go unnoticed!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The place it was going is about 3 hours from Simi so the order was transferred to a city down south. The arrangement was never delivered. The first time I called the store down south BEFORE the delivery to give them the phone number of my recipient, they found the order and took my info. When I called back and said it wasn’t delivered, she couldn’t find my order. My next step was to call Simi. They told me they couldn’t help, couldn’t reimburse my money and gave me corporate’s number. The girl did call back later and said she could do the reimbursement. Her initial attitude however was, in so many words, once transferred, not our problem. I will never use Edible Arrangements again. The cost was ridiculous and their policy of helping problem situations SUCKS!

I have been ordering from edible arrangements for many years and I am always impressed. However, this location went above and beyond in customer service. I called at 1pm and spoke to Michael (the Owner). I asked if he could make a delivery by 4:30pm. It is not store policy to quote a delivery time, but Mike said he would try his best. Michael went above and beyond and was extremely courteous and professional on the phone. I will give all my local edible arrangement business to this store. I am beyond impressed! THANK YOU MICHAEL!

I’m a firm believer in spending your money where your money is welcomed and Michael made me just that way– welcomed. I am grateful. I hope the recipient of these Incredible Edibles likes the arrangement and the fruit as I will be a repeat customer.

We recently threw a birthday party at our house. I thought it would be a nice change to have fresh fruit instead of flowers as the centerpiece. We ordered over the phone and had a beautiful addition to the party delivered to the door. It was beautiful and everyone loved it. I would have given a full five stars if it wasn’t for the hefty price tag attached. After all this is FRUIT WE’RE TALKING ABOUT.
