The staff is really nice and takes care of everyone. But dennys management needs to take care of their employees better. Having one server for a room full of 25 people on top of working the cashier /hostess area is borderline employee abuse.

If I could give this place no stars I would! About a year ago my husband and I went for a late dinner to this location I ordered a skillet with sausage and veggies and he ordered chicken tenders everything was going fine until we began to eat my husband bit into a tender and it was fine after he decided to cut it into smaller pieces as soon as he did we found a maggot inside the tender!!! We called the manager over and told him what had happened. The manager tried to play it off and said are you sure it’s not a piece of rice! We had not ordered any rice and you can clearly see it was a maggot! We told him we are not going to pay for this and he offered to make us another order of chicken but at this point we had been so grossed out that we left. Ever since never been back to a Denny’s.

Usually we love coming to this location, but today’s interaction put a very sour taste in my mouth. Granted, it was about 10:30−11am, so we expected a bit of a wait because they’re always busy around then. What I wasn’t expecting was the awful customer service from the young blonde hostess named Melissa. She didn’t even pretend to act like she wanted to be working, and was obviously not equipped to be handling the hostess position. Melissa was rude to several customers she interacted with in the short time we were there. When we finally were acknowledged, she scribbled our name down on a piece of paper and turned away. Didn’t tell us how long of a wait it would be, no interaction at all. We waited for about 10 more minutes, but when she was short and rude to an older gentleman who obviously had hearing problems, we walked out. I’ve never seen any hostess act in such a manner. It was truly disappointing.

Just another Denny’s.Nothing real special, they just seem to be going though the motions. I only come to a Denny’s for breakfast and sometime’s they don’t even get this right. I ordered french toast slam with scramble eggs and hash browns, when my food came to me the eggs where cold. The only item that was hot where the hash browns. So I see the manger standing at the cashier’s spot and I say to myself go and expedite the food out instead of just standing there. If the employees would just work together and help eachother out more, they probably would have less issues and complaints. Not a fan of carpet on the floor, very hard to kept clean and in a period of time you can smells bad. The server wasn’t attentive at all. The female bus girl was tho. I did return my dish and a new one was made, just the eggs. Very wrong on there part. When you return a plate the entire plate must be remade. Food that has been served to any person or returned from any eating area shall not be served again or used in the preparation of other food. Very critical.

Wow, some service. I called to place a dine in order and the man who answered told me, «Why are you calling to dine in? Can’t you just order when you get here?» This, even after asking if I was calling to pick up or dine in. Well, excuse me for wanting to go to your restaurant on my half hour lunch break. No wonder your location is closing, you are very rude.

Not sure why I keep coming here. Other than the service and the staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food is ok. Would be nice if they kept current with new menu items like other locations. Cleanliness isn’t in the owners/mamagers vocabulary. There are always flies buzzing around the tables and the blinds in the windows are filthy

This was a surprising experience. I saw the rating and was like no way it can be that low The staff has always been so nice and attentive each time I go for breakfast. Tonight was my first time ever eating a burger there and I actually ate it all. It was amazing, the fries to die for I ate them all. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience don’t let the ratings fool you. Try some of the places and see for your self.

I like to give credit where credit is due and this 5 star rating goes to our server«Guilver». He was on top of his game! Greeted with a smile, asked what we would like to drink and if we would care for any appetizers. We were still deciding and he said no rush, take your time and I will come back to check on you. I noticed that he served everyone like that, very professional and sincere. After he served us our meal, he checked on us frequently which is something I’m not use to at this Denny’s. A fairness update: Took another stab at this Denny’s due to logistics, and was pleasantly surprised at the change in the service. Everything was as ordered and nobody died of thirst awaiting drink refills. In fact, there were many passes of the table and we were treated like we mattered. Thank You Denny’s!

Whatever food, whatever service. Obviously you’re not looking at dennys for a fine dining option. It works in a pinch for a local to hang out and socialize after midnight. Breakfast options are always the best, but the quality of meals can vary.
