I love their fresh breads, wholesome soup and friendly service. My order comes out quickly and if somethings wrong, it’s fixed right away and you get a free pastry for the trouble. I eat there at least once a week.

I’m a huge fan of panera, always have been. However I was just at drive thru and am very dissatisfied with this location. I ordered 35 $ worth of food and drinks and when I got home it looked like 15 $worth. My group soup was nearly half empty, the two hot cocoas were in grande cups, but the amount of a tall cocoa in one and a little more in the other and that was with the toppings. My sons Sandwich had no spread(he got the bacon turkey bravo). The only item that was full was my passion smoothie. This visit is getting three stars and that is generous and due solely to the fact that the manager is sending me a voucher for their shortcomings. She apologized, took my info down and was very kind. She didn’t say as to how much the voucher would be for, but I’m going to assume it will cover the soup and cocoas.

Bread was stale, no bread bowls and ran out of other sandwich bread. You’d think a bread place would have at least the bread correct. Sucked for my first Panera experience

What can I say about Panera? It’s a chain. They sell bread, pastries, sandwiches, soups and salads. If you’ve never been to a Panera, I would say it’s the Starbucks of bread/sandwiches. It’s pretty dependable, average and it appeals to a certain type of crowd. Nevertheless, I like it because every panera I’ve been to has been consistent. This particular location the staff is friendly, service isn’t super fast but I also wouldn’t call it slow. I like their asiago steak sandwich and cup of broccoli cheddar soup. They have by far my favorite broccoli cheddar soup of anywhere. They also have some seasonal items that aren’t bad. If you’ve never been to Panera check it out. Expect prices higher than a subway though.

Terrible. Not only was the order wrong but the sandwich was horrible. Mushed together, bad pieces of chicken, beyond ripe avocado and all on this sad little piece of bread. Not the panera I’m used to to at all. Not worth the wait or the traffic to get there. Go someplace else!!!

First off i absolutely love that this had a drive thru!!! I ordered the thai salad oh my lord it was so delicious! It had a lot of chicken and the dressing was oh so tasty! I also ordered the chipotle chicken panini it was good but there was sliced tomato that was soggy, i didn’t like that much so i took it out then the panini was good ! Overall it was really pleasing and satisfying! The creamy tomato soup was seasoned so good it was such a delight ! :D

Streak and white cheddar panini came out with just enough meat to cover HALF the bread. When I asked to speak to a manager after being told it’s put on by weight, no manager ever came to speak to me. Save your money eat somewhere else. A cold onion sandwich with a little meat, after it was apparent no one cared that i was unhappy with my $ 9 lunch, was not what I had in mind.

Holy smokes, this place was terrible! Having never been to Panera before, but seeing generally good reviews, we decided to give it a shot(but only because Red Robin had such a long wait time… big mistake). After 4 hours spent trying to decipher the menu, finally coming to a consensus, then discovering that I had it all wrong(«No, that’s the price PERHALF of the buy 2 deal.»), we eventually came up with a complete order; even 3 «complimentary» 99¢ pastries to pick up on the way out.(Presumably because we ordered the meals that we did.) We waited. Our food came… a most disappointing display, but maybe looks were deceiving. Nope. Dry bread, skimpy, flavorless sauces, cheapo meat, and not much of it, sad, plain potato chips, limp dill pickles. This had to be a joke. The place was packed! And the drive thru just kept driving thru! I stole glances at other people’s dishes, and they looked the same as ours… they weren’t an anomaly. The only conclusion that I could reach, in my dumbfounded state, is that they had all been brainwashed into believing that they were eating good food! Those Panera marketing wizards have evidently done a fine job convincing the blindly following masses that their place is healthy and cool, so therefore«we must go»! There was literally no redeeming factor. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. With steam coming out of my ears, I waited patiently as a very friendly employee(still not enough redemption) boxed up my 3 «complimentary» 99¢ pastries(which we were charged for), and hit the road. And guess what? The pastries were terrible. Dry, sickeningly sweet… I don’t think I need to go on. Worst restaurant food ever. Waste of time and money. I’ll do whatever I can to prevent another poor soul from having to endure what we did. Giving 1 star, partially for the nice girl at the bakery counter, but mostly so I’m not mistaken for«that» dummy who gave a good review, but forgot to check the stars.

I enjoy the food every time I visit. The environment is nice and comforting. The only issue we have had is with the staff. Some of the staff members are bitchy and it seems as though they don’t like their job. They need to smile more because their energy is negative.

Sour dough lacked flavor. In fact the whole sandwich was bland. Maybe their pastries are better. I won’t be here for lunch again. Bring your own bread knife.

So I ordered my food but unfortunately after I ordered it they realized they didn’t have the avocado for it which was the main reason I ordered the sandwich but a lady who worked there(I think her name was Madison) apologized and told me I could order anything on the menu that I wanted. I really appreciated it and made my experience so much better!

Wow, Panera. You’ve changed. And not for the better. The last time I ate at one, admittedly NOT this location, and also admittedly, several years ago. Silverdale must be really hard up for«good» food to be giving this joint such a high rating over all. The sandwiches we ordered(tunafish salad sandwich on a sad, limp croissant for me, and a turkey on white for my daughter) were tasteless and devoid of any oomph. Even the onions and pickles I had added to my sandwich had zero flavor. We were also told that we could get two free baked goods because we’d ordered two large lemonades(the lemonades were good by the way, still fresh as far as I could tell), so we picked out a cinnamon roll and an orange/cranberry muffin to save for our breakfast the following day. Ugh, not only did we get charged 99 cents for each item(something I noticed too late, after we’d already left), but when we sampled them the next morning, they were inedible. No wonder they were«giving» them away. The muffin was so sweet it made me want to gag(even had a sugar crust on the top, totally unneeded), and the cinnamon roll was dry, tasteless, and not at all what I remember their pastry/baked goods to be like. What a disappointment. Yes, I realize it’s a chain. Hence, I definitely had very low expectations going in. But this was just plain sad. Panera used to be a more consistent, fresh, decent food experience(for a chain). Now, I’m quite certain I won’t be bothering with any of their locations, ever again. I’m fine with that, but I wonder how well they’ll continue to do with the locals in Silverdale if they plan to serve such mediocre food day after day. Yikes.

This Panera location is really great. It’s extremely clean, the service is great, and our food never takes very long to come out. I do consider this a fast food establishment… And if I have to choose to eat fast food because I’m on the go, this is usually my first choice. I love that they have tons and TONS of healthy options. Their soups, sandwiches, and pastries are all awesome. It’s also an extremely vegetarian friendly establishment. LOTS of choices! Did I mention that they have great choices and many of them? I love how consistent Panera is… I love that they are making an effort to change the face of fast food. I love the choices, I love the service, and I love the warm feeling in this establishment.

It’s Panera. The place had gotten my drink order wrong every.single.time. You think I would’ve learned to stop going after the third wrong drink. Lol! One time I got a free dessert with my Panera rewards card and I told the server to surprise me with something good. Big mistake. She must have just have me the oldest grossest item. It a was stale and cold cinnamon bun. The staff just seems inexperienced and not well coordinated. But they are very friendly! Make sure you double check that you got the right order :)

Can never go wrong with Panera :) the food was yummy and fast. Haven’t done take out yet but maybe another time. One thing that I did notice while I was sitting there eating was that they kept talking about they didn’t have this this and that. I would be bummed if I didn’t get what I wanted. But I guess that can happen to any restaurant so I can’t really count that against then.

I’ve been avoiding this place. The idea of Panera… just isn’t my thing. But we were in the area, with not a lot of time to spare, so we went through the drive thru. Small cup of mac and cheese, full Caesar salad and a red velvet cupcake. The portion size of the mac and cheese was laughable. Like smallest ice cream at DQ size. Portion size of the Caesar was better, but only as far as the lettuce goes. As soon as I got home, I added more croutons, cheese and dressing. The salad was pretty good, but considering what I added to it… Grand total was about $ 13 with drinks included, a tad pricy considering the size. Oh, the red velvet cupcake was, as Calvin and Hobbes so eloquently described, a frosted sugar bomb. The place wasn’t as bad as I’d feared, but there’s little to recommend it.
