Worst experience ever. They deserve negative stars, not even one. Purchased a deal a while ago from a reputable groupon-type company, and Surface Medics(SM) never came out. After numerous attempts to schedule, then re-schedule(on one occasion, they claim they lost my contact info so they never called to tell me they were not showing up for s scheduled appointment. I was told they had a larger job than mine and that was their priority). Of course, I wasn’t made aware of this until they didn’t show, and I had to call to find out why – after taking a whole day off work to be there. I barely got an apology. After that, they rescheduled at least twice over the course of a few months time and then said they would get back to me. I was concerned at this point that the time on the voucher was due to expire, so after a few weeks, and being patient and professional the whole time, I called them again and kept getting their voice mail and then finally got a very rude and arrogant response. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. When I contacted the company that had sold me the deal, SM changed their story and said they didn’t offer the non-toxic service(when it was clear to both the VP representing the company that had sold the deal to me and who contacted them about it – and everyone else – that this simply wasn’t true). The non-toxic type of service I purchased was clearly printed on the deal offer, and also printed on the voucher I purchased, and of course, anyone accessing their webpage can see that they do in fact offer this service. The company that sold the deal also verified all of this and all of the other documentation, and said they would not be working with SM ever again.
