The guy I dealt with here really went out of his way to try to help me find this part for my VW, even going so far as to walk out to the parking lot and look under my hood. Alas, it is a special order part (like much of VW), so he didn’t have it, but he referred me to the local dealer for it. Good customer service in retail is a relative rarity these days, so I appreciate it when I see it.

All cashiers working here were rude. They purposely sold me a cheaper part while charging me the price of a more expensive part. After going back to the store trying to get an exchange, they not only did not apologize, but gave me a hard time. Avoid this store for they hire incompetent people. Shop elsewhere for piece of mind and better service.
