I really hate having to go to the dentist. Pain, pain and pain… pain in the mouth and pain in the wallet. But if you must have a root canal, this is the place to go. Dr. Slade is very professional, her staff (Karen) is absolutely WONDERFUL. Pleasant, professional, helpful. The doctor called to check on me for the first 3 days after my procedure. Dr. Slade knows what she is doing and will be honest and up front and does not do anything but the necessary procedure. I would go back (but I would rather not!!) And I highly recommend her.

Dr. Slade has gotten sooo much money from me over the years, and for good reason. #1. Because she is THE BEST. And #2. Because I love chewy candy and don’t always brush and floss as often as I should. But back to #1…
I had my first root canal almost 20 years ago. Dr. Slade was very patient and polite, and even though I was a kid, she spoke to me and treated me like any other patient (instead of that annoying, cutesy thing that people do with their voices when they are talking to kids). She explained everything to me and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I had my last root canal a few years ago and Dr. Slade was the same as always. Both she and her receptionist are as kind and sweet and professional as can be. They take time to answer questions or address concerns and they make an effort to make things as easy as possible. I hope I never need another root canal (I’m kinda out of teeth to do them on, at this point!), but if I do I’ll be heading right to Dr. Slade with no reservations!
