Ordered pizza at 5:54 for delivery that was not delivered at 7:54. I called to cancel and while to person on the line was polite, there was no apology. I have had Papa John’s pizza in a while so I can’t speak to the quality or taste of the food. The one star is based on poor customer service alone.
Update: at 8pm, the pizza was finally delivered. I told the deliver man that the order was canceled but he did not want to bring the pizzas back. I can now speak to the taste of the food: all the pizzas were cold and the garlic knots were inexplicably soggy. One star for both food AND service.
