This little place packs some punch. I was weary at first since it was very dark inside and there were only 2 employees working. It took a while for the food to come out but the tacos are amazing the burritos even better. Some of the best I’ve had in the area. I only give it 4 stars since it was a bit on the pricey side but i highly recommend it.

12 dollars for a tasteless sandwich on absurdly stale bread. The food is inedible, their coffee is rank, and the novellas are blasting so loud you can’t talk. Avoid!

The only thing I would get here again is beer and maybe a pupusa. The fajitas were terrible and overpriced. The meat consisted of reheated chicken they want to pass off as a fajita and cheap gristly beef that was not properly tenderized.

This is a down and dirty(maybe) latino food joint. They have tables, but it was empty around lunch time and given the location, I’d guess they mostly do carry out. I actually left without ordering because the music was so incredibly loud I think my eyes were vibrating.

Never again! Too pricey and not worth it. You are doing all the work. Waaay better pollo spots out there. don’t waste your time. Nothing there excites you to come again.

I had some time to kill while waiting for my new tires to be installed down the street, so thank god it was here… so for that, they get 2 stars alone! This area is a vast wasteland of restaurants, in a mostly industrial area with granite and supply stores, and yes, a tire shop. For that reason alone, the prices should be a bit lower! Maybe they get an after work crowd, but at 1pm, I was the only person in here. I ordered the tacos al carbon(with beef). And that’s all I got. 3 small white corn tortillas with some chopped up beef, tasteless chopped onions and some cilantro thrown in for color. That’s it… no cheese, no sour cream, no guac. Now I’m sure I could have asked for it, but it wasn’t even suggested. I did get the customary basket o chips with some sort of warm juice/salsa. It was strange. There is a small outdoor dining area(picnic benches). But it’s not a pretty view on this street, so I bet it’s just a working man’s after work joint. They do have a 3−7pm happy hour — $ 3 beers, so maybe that’s the draw. I would try it again, and get one of the platters to really judge. It was airy, spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming, so not a total waste.

Obviously someone went on a off day. The food here is some of the best around. They cater to the local business clientele which means nicely spiced food. The sampler defintely a winner. If you want spice go for the fahita beef, it is to die for. Go on a nice day and enjoy the weather on the quaint patio.

okay. not cheap considering it is your basic roadside lunch place. nothing memorable and there are certainly more better Salvadoran restaurants in the MD burbs… aren’t there? good tortillas I’m told.
