Not surprised this place is out of business. Went here back in July and hadn’t been back since. The food wasn’t very flavorable. and the service was SUUUUUPER slow. Waited in line for 20 minutes add to that a extra 15 minutes when waiting for food. Thankfully we weren’t in a rush no where. There were flies all around the place and it was hot inside. The lady looked bothered that I asked her a question about the menu. Turns out they didn’t sell A LOT of things that the other areas sold and the ice machine was broken down. They use to have everything together but its like whoever was in charge just didn’t give a rats ass about anything anymore so not surprised to have seen it go out of business when I was in the area two weeks ago.

The food is what you would expect from a corporate tex/mex fast food. Descent quality but nothing above ordinary. The price is within the market standard but on the high side. The Baja Fresh in Silver Spring pavilion is pretty much mismanaged and seems to be a hangout for the area’s homeless. On a 90 degree day the bottled water is not cold and the soda machine did not have any Ice. The owner/manager(a Pakistani man) seems to not care that smelly homeless people are harassing customers. He just seems interested in sales. There was a Fly infestation and even the Salsa station was in neglect. Go to Chipotle, Noodles or Chick Filet instead.

Went there as part of a promotion I received. Service was fast and the employees were really nice. I went during the day on a Friday and it wasn’t crowded so that may be reasoning for the quick service. I ordered a shrimp fajita and I was a little concerned with the price(people always charge extra for shrimp but never give enough). But to my delight they gave a hefty portion. I enjoyed it overall. And like the name says the food was fresh and pretty good. I would recommend this for anyone who likes Mexican style food but doesn’t necessarily want to sit down and have a long meal. It’s slower than Chipotle but faster than an eat in restaurant.

Extremely disgusting, dirty and poorly maintained salsa bar. I will never go back to this location.

The food is tasty, well-seasoned, although salty. The variety of fresh salsas really makes the meal. Baja fresh used to give you refried beans as the default, but this time we got black beans without even asking. Unusual to see an employee eating at a table, but with their pay rate, workers deserve some perks. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier called numbers for pick up, then brought ours over to us before I heard our number. Dinner for two $ 19, not bad for a semi retired.
