My experience started off rocky but the operator did an excellent job at correcting the situation. Called this company spoke with operator who was very nice. He quoted me $ 125.00. Locksmith came quickly, but he was very grumpy and rude. Once the locksmith looked at our lock and attempted to open it he informed my husband and it was very hard to open and he could not open it until we paid an additional $ 40.00, which I am unsure of why we hard to pay more money. The locksmith still could not get the lock open so he had to break our lock in order for us to get into our home. It’s my understanding from my rental office that once a locksmith breaks your lock that they usually replace and rekey your lock for you. This person left our lock broken and told us that if we are willing to call him directly he will charge us separately. So I called the office told them what happened the operator was extremely apologetic about what the locksmith did and sent another person who was much nicer and the replaced and rekeyed our locks for us with no additional charge. My experience started rocky but I can forgive a rude employee as long as management recognizes the problem and works to correct the issue. I recommend this company.
