The service from the crew and owner is fabulous. The owner shows up on site many times to make sure that the work is perfect. He quickly responds to requests or schedule changes. As well, if you have a special request, he makes sure it gets done right.
One time the crew accidentally sucked my phone charger into the vacuum. Ray called me and let me know what happened. He replaced the charger that day with no hassle on my end.
Recently I put my house on the market. I asked Ray to please have his crew do the cleaning before we started showing. The house was emmaculate. He came to the house to make sure everything was perfect before his crew left. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and the house got great feedback from potential buyers on how well it showed!

Rayman has helped us out several times while in a pinch. Every time I call he remembers me and always asks how I am. I am so thankful I found him and his team. What a wonderful man and what a wonderful business he has created.

I have used this cleaning service 3 times and the last time they cleaned my home they broke a very expensive medical device in my home and were not honest about it. When I notified the owner of this issue he proceeded to deny my report and has been very unethical about his customer service and costing me much more than I even used his services for. If you are looking for someone to trust in your home, this is not the company to trust.
