We had a fun time. The wood oven pizza was good and the price for the seven of us was very reasonable. Great group setting. Would recommend if you wanted to grab some pizza with your friends. We ordered two appetizers calamari and artichoke chips(I would recommend them).

Billy’s is my new favorite Silver City restaurant! They seriously need better signage, because after the sun goes down, you can’t see it behind it’s neighboring business. We couldn’t decide if we wanted the BBQ or the pizza so naturally we got the Brisket Pizza and it was the best of both worlds! Hot and crispy and the perfect wood fire pizza! Ricardo and his staff were extremely attentive and completely made the night with their great service! Will definitely be back on my next trip to Silver!

I haven’t seen anything justifying the association with Billy the Kid in this restaurant. Very tacky combination of interiors: old church decors mixed with green wallpapers on one part and red paint on the neighboring. No atmosphere. Blue plate brisket was very plain like a bad homemade cooking.

I would give it a 4star for this town. I was here for work for 4 days. There is not a lot of good food choices in town. Had their pizza. Pretty good pizza, with a very good dough. pizza $ 14 for their small size combo. Wife had their sirloin I would say average cut 8oz for $ 13. Service, they don’t have a hostess. So had to wait for a couple of minutes with no one’s to be seen. There waiter was trying hard, but he covered a lot of tables.

The meal at Billy’s came out cold after waiting for a extended period of time, and when the food arrived it was extremely cold like it had been sitting in the back. The servers were friendly and refilled drinks often but it was a long wait and the food was not hot. They did take off half price on two of the meals and brought out new ones as well.

We got the pizza and it was delicious! The only complaint is that they were out of a lot of things. They were out of brisket and bacon! It was also a little pricey for what you get. But I would go back.

This place has some serious work to do in both its kitchen and waitstaff. We arrived on a Tuesday night with a party of six placed our order, the pizzas were out promptly in about 15 minutes but none of the other entrees were served for another half hour. Leaving that awkward moment when half the table wants to eat warm food while the rest lookon in boredom. Pizza was ok, nothing to get that excited about but probably the one ok thing about our evening. All of us had a slice while waiting for the incredibly long time during which our waiter all but ignored us. The restaurant has a tacky method of getting a waiter to assist you with your meal, you put a playing card on the metal centerpiece to ‘alert’ the staff that you need something… eventually, maybe ten minutes later they will come by and ask you why a card is up. Getting any kind of attention to our table outside of the card method proved impossible, drinks went empty, we had to petition with our card to complain about our food. Our card was a two of spades. My entrée was a Steak burger, after a 45 minute wait the burger arrived with a undersized portion of cold fries on a small salad plate with a burger so burned you could scrape the charcoal off of it with a fork. Another person at our table also had a burned ribeye steak. Both Immediately sent back. They came back thirty minutes later and placed in a to go box and we grudgingly paid for our plates of which a 1⁄3rd of our party never ate at the restaurant plus a 18 percent mandatory gratuity. A proper restaurant should know to comp such a horrible dining experience or at least offer a gift card to entice a customer to brave the place again. Upon arriving home I found it to be burned –again. Fed it to the dogs in disgust noticed while they were eating that the inside was super pink and undercooked. Hope they don’t get sick. Anyways, properly train your waitstaff, fix your kitchen and maybe if the Unilocal reveiws look up I will try again in the future, I hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses in this community but this ones deserved.

Not worth your time. Salads were boring and basic. Hubby’s brisket was very dry, BBQ sauce too vinegary. Huge amount of steak fries on both plates, and they are just okay. The only thing that was decent was my rib eye steak. Ambiance left something to be desired. Despite a decent beer list, they were out of FIVE different beers on the list! We even ordered one type of beer that we drink often and when it came it did not taste like that beer! Our server seemed to be rather inexperienced and passed our table several times without checking in on us even though we had finished eating 10 minutes earlier. I will not waste my time or money here again.

Ordered a pizza, it was actually quite good! Friend ordered the salmon and she didn’t like it to much. Service was very slow. They have this system that if you need your wait staff, they give you a playing card to put in a wire holder. We did that trying to get more water. She finally came 20 minutes later after we got her attention. The pizza is worth it

I like the wood fired pizza, it is the closest thing to a NYC style pizza in this area. If only they could figure out how to time the meal delivery. We have received our salads and appetizers after our pizza has been delivered. We have also had one person’s meal be served while the rest of us ate our salads. I figured it was because it was a new place, but it has continued for some time now. If they could get that figured out I would go up to a 4 or 5 star.

We were spending the night in Silver City and asked the hotel clerk about a good pizza place. She recommended Billy’s, and to be honest, when we saw its location we were ready to be underwhelmed. Boy am I glad we went in the door! The menu is quirky(like the décor), BBQ and brick-oven pizza, but this place does a great job on both. The BBQ is Texas brisket, cooked perfectly and served with a fantastic homemade sauce on the side. Their pizza crust is one of the best I’ve ever tasted anywhere in the country, and the toppings and cheese were all first rate(I had the Geronimo). If you’re in the area give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
