Toilet started leaking around 10:30pm, and we needed service quickly before the sub-​flooring got damaged.
Tracy from A1 was quick to respond to our call, and was able to provide a solution within minutes.
Tracy was on-​time, professional, and did what he said he was going to do.

I called A1 looking for help on a Friday afternoon (around 2:00 PM) and the technician John showed up in a fast two hours! John was a very nice, hard working guy that got our home up and running again in no time! We’ve used the same plumbing company for 10 years and we won’t be using them any longer. We’ll be using A1 and asking for John every time… That guy is awesome!

My husband and I had a clog on Halloween night, and the previous plumber was unable or unwilling to even try to fix it. Tracy from A1 came out and got it cleaned up right away. He was very professional and courteous and explained everything he was doing and kept us informed. The only reason for 4 stars is it is a little expensive, even for an emergency call. It might have been a miscommunication, but I thought that the service fee would be part of the total cost, not added on. This could have been a complete misunderstanding on my part. Overall, very friendly and they fixed the problem, which I am extremely grateful for. Keep up the good work guys!

I came home Sunday night only to walk in and step into a pool of water on our first floor. The drain in the wash room backed up.
Steve got there quick.

Very expensive and pricing seemed random but informative on the problem and what else needed to be done. Basically will need to call another plumber for complete repair. Slow to respond to call despite multiple calls stating someone would be there soon.

Needed a plumber asap and received just that when I called, was surprised when someone answered since I had called several others with voicemail only. I started calling people in the morning and a few called back and said either to busy or just didn’t want the job.
After a very nice lady answered she immediately said hold on for her to contact a plumber since it was late in the day. She came back and said he could be there in 10 minutes. John arrived in less then 10 and looked under our sink and after 45 minutes it was fixed and he was gone. The price was very low and his fix was guaranteed even though he said soon all the old pipes and connectors would have to be replaced. Definitely will call them back for the entire fix and any other plumbing issues that come up.
