love them! free delivery! can’t beat that! i’ve been following their insurance specialist «brenda» for years because she is the best! she knows that if, for example, you are going on vacation, that your fill dates aren’t going to be normal and that special codes need to be entered, so she does it. duh! she pays attention to details, this is something that is severely lacking at a lot of pharmacies but especially at walgreens and that mex heroic store pharmacy.
also, i’m chronic pain patient, and i’ve never once gotten the sense they are judging, or made me feel like a pill chaser. when they say, «people need pain meds», they really mean it. they’ve never tried to micro manage my meds, and after my parents had been taking their business somewhere else for 10 years and finally got sick of being treated like junkies and micro managing pain meds that should have gone to my mom, i changed them over to my health mart pharmacy and we all love it here!

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and the friendly people who work here. I went to CVS to drop off some scripts. CVS said they did not have them and handed them back to me without any offer to solve the problem. I went to Sierra Heath Mart and they filled two of them and a partial on the other. They remembered my name when I came back. On another visit they answered a question I had about a product my doctor wanted us to use. They did not have it but gave some suggestions as to where we could get it. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Note that they are opening a new facility on fry soon. Across from the CVS.

Love this place — almost didn’t give them a review because I like that they are a well-​kept secret but thought everyone should know about them.
We had always used Walgreens when we lived in WA because they had a pharmacist on duty 24 hours — so it was very convenient — so we just went there when we came to SV — but they stopped taking our insurance so we had to make a change.
Tried CVS down the street and it was a fricking nightmare. They were understaffed and it was beyond frustrating getting a prescription filled — so I figured we’d help their understaffing problem by giving them one fewer family to fill prescriptions for.
I try to shop local on all my other purchases, so when I found Sierra Health Mart I thought I would give them a try. They filled my prescription quickly and I was out the door very fast. I didn’t have to stand in line and they were great about getting my current meds transferred. They were helpful and courteous.
Then, about a month later, they checked with me to see if I needed refills! What the heck was that? Old-​fashioned service! AWESOME!!!

Love this pharmacy! Everyone is super friendly and it was a great help to me when my husband was in Afghanistan. They deliver for a small fee. No standing in line at CVS or Walgreen’s to only find out nothing is ready. I have Tricare and get most of my prescriptions in the mail but have to have several compounded medications for myself and my cats. They do a great job and in a timely manner.

I second Monica’s review. I used to get my prescriptions filled at Walgreens, but there was always a line, or I would have to come back the next day to pick up. I went on Fort Huachuca, but I would be in a long line in the waiting room filled with retirees and dependents. I would also have to wait 72 hours or so for a prescription refill on post. My doctor recommended Sierra Vista Health Mart, which accepts Tricare, and I was pleased. I waited a few minutes and was able to get my prescription filled. It also saves me a trip from driving all the way onto post and back. I’ve gotten calls from Sierra Vista Health Mart letting me know my prescription was ready, and they were able to fill my prescription last minute before I went out of town. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend Sierra Vista Health Mart.

After trying CVS, WalGreens, Kmart and pretty m, uch every other pharmacy I noticed this one tucked away on the side of Hwy 92. Deciding I couldn’t get anything worse I tried them and… love them! They are helpful and knowledgeable. No they don’t have rows of general merchandise like the big chain places but they also don’t promise you meds and then fail to deliver. Scrips are filled when they say they will be and they even personally call to remind you of refills that may be coming due! How cool is that. They accept all major insurance and they are the only compounding pharmacy around. Not to mention there is never a line. They are only open a few hours on Saturday and closed Sundays but open until 6pm on weekdays. If you are interested in giving up the drive-​thru and then wait 3 days run around at WalGreen or the walk in and wait 4 hours in the store schtick at CVS then head over to Health Mart.
