Midas

We have a pt who was in need of lots of TLC! We took brought it in being new to this town… and wouldnt take it anywhere else! They got back to us quickly and fixed everything fast!!! Great price and honest about everything that needed to be done! He had to take it back a couple days later and the ossue wasnt even because of them and they fixed it at no cost! We will definitely be going back here.

I am apparently one of the lucky few who didn’t have any significant problems with the Sierra Vista Midas before it was sold to a new owner earlier this year. I do have an inherent distrust of auto repair shops, so it takes a lot to win me over, and I’ve never been particularly loyal to a shop, either. But I have to say, I kind of like Midas.
They’ve always done service on my cars and I regularly get coupons in the mail for discounts. Last year for Christmas they gave me a free oil change. Woohoo! Considering I barely drive my van and only take it in for oil changes about twice a year, I thought that was pretty awesome of them.
This week I had to get some maintenance work done (I have a 10-​year-​old van, and it needs lots of TLC) and they were quick about it. I was only without my van for a day and a half, which was nice, especially considering they had to take out the gas tank and replace a bunch of stuff. They offered to drive me home and pick me up, and Scott was super helpful about explaining everything that’s dead, dying, or still working fine on my vehicle. He’s also very optimistic that I will be able to keep this clunker running for my goal of another six to ten years, which is A-​okay with me.
Like I said, I’m inherently distrustful of auto repair shops, so I can’t bring myself to give more than four stars yet, but if the exemplary customer service continues and I never feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me– which would be awful because I really do like these guys– I would have no problem bumping this review up to five stars. :-) I definitely recommend this shop over anywhere else I’ve been in town.
