Found Gwen on Unilocal and scheduled an appointment. I explained how I wanted my hair to be and she got it. It has been a challenge getting someone to understand and I am thrilled to finally be understood and have someone with the expertise to make it happen. She did an excellent job on evening out the color and cut my hair in a way that suits my lifestyle and looks terrific. Thanks!

I went to Gwen on 2 she gave me the best harcut Ive had since I went to Umberto In Beverly Hills. Thank you Gwen I will be back.

Received a recommendation from a friend to have my hair cut and colored by Gwen. I wasn’t unhappy with my current stylist but thought if give it try. Beside doing my hair beautifully, the work I observed coming out of her hair was amazing. She does a Balayage technique with hair color that is completely gorgeous and seamless. I asked for foils because that’s what I knew but next time I’ll try the Balayage. I saw haircuts that were precise looking and geometric and a moment later saw a hair that was softly layered, perfect to the clients face and hair texture. The shampoo by Karla was firm and relaxing. A very pleasant experience from the consult to the work to the direction on how to care for it. 5 stars or a 10, 10 being best. Will definitely return.

Gwen has been doing my hair for a decade. I trust her so much, I let her do what she thinks I need. Have always looked great, and up-​to-​date with my hair. The color is perfect for me, and she has an amazing mastery of techniques. Some people may not care for the loud, funny, back and forth between Gwen and her customers and stylists, but I feel like I’m at home here. Very attentive and professional.
Used to get my hair done at Christophe’s in BH, but, the move to the east side meant I couldn’t trek that far and Gwen’s work could rival any hot shot Beverly Hills stylist. It’s pricey for the area, but not in terms of the quality and technique.

After I saw what a fantastic job Gwen did with my hard-​to-​please wife’s hair… and after my regular stylist seemed to be lagging in quality… I gave Gwen a try, with today being my third cut with her. What a difference! The cut was so good that one person today asked me «Have you been coloring your hair?» I’m a 60-​year-​old guy who does NOT color his hair, but its cut much thicker than it used to be, and the style, I guess, made this observer think it actually was darker! Yes, she’s a bit pricier, but ya definitely get what you pay for.

Gwen did a great job of cutting my hair. Though her cost was a little more than my past stylist it was worth it. Though nobody noticed that I had got my hair cut all of a sudden I got several compliments on it. Nobody ever comments on my hair; must of been her magic.
