Annie is an excellent Thai massage and deep tissue therapist. I have been going to see her monthly for two years. She is highly recommended

I was introduced to Wonderful Day Spa as a gift from my wife. This was one of the best gifts I could have received. I intended for this to be a onetime birthday gift. However, after meeting Annie and receiving a 90 min deep tissue massage I was hooked. I’ve never met a more professional therapist who truly took the time to ask how I was feeling and honestly cared about what I told her. I now see Annie every month and she has help me to become a healthier, stress free and relaxed person.
My monthly visits to Wonderful Day Spa is now part of my goal to become a healthier person. I believe that healthy eating, regular exercise as well as «Annie» is what I need for total body health. Her skill, strength and ability to listen to the client is nothing I have ever experience in the past.
Wonderful Day Spa is a very relaxing and clean Spa. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted you feel comfortable. The spa has a lot to offer and Annie is very knowledgeable and skilled to explain all that is available.
I can’t say enough about Wonderful Day Spa and Annie. Now, my wife and I are monthly visitors of the Spa and would recommend this Spa to anyone.

I’m not a review writing person, but I just finally had to take the time to write this one… I’ve been a client of Annie for almost a year now, and every time I visit wonderful day and spa. it’s like a retreat! I usually have 2-​in-​1 with her that includes facial and massage. She is so good at what she does that I almost fall asleep while I’m there. It’s one of the most relaxing and soothing experiences ever, not to mention the fact that my skin glows radiantly afterward! She is receptive to my skin type and adjust the treatment for best results. Great one on one where she is easy to reach and flexible in schedule. She works tirelessly and always smiling.
Annie is extremely professional, polite, and nice. I have a lot of tension in my feet and back. She has always been very responsive to how I react in different areas, and modulates pressure accordingly. She always asks for what type of pressure you want right at the beginning and if there are problem areas you want her to focus on. I’ve had massages in a number of different places. By taking away all the pretense, this was one of the best experiences — mainly because of Annie, without a doubt. Even in the places I fail to mention ahead of time, She is intuitive, and applies just the right amount of pressure. I am blessed to have Annie as my Masseuse. This lady is AMAZING! I would highly recommend her to anyone… She is amazingly strong! Choosing her as your massage therapist may be one of the best things you ever do for yourself. Do not trust any negative comments about her or her techniques. Explain what you are looking for in advance, and she will recommend right massage to you and would do exactly what you are looking for. Go see her. Everyone who needs a thorough, reasonably priced, deep massage and looking for a place to actually alleviate pain and improve your overall well-​being THIS is the place to go!

Had a deep tissue massage by Annie at 420pm (appointment was for 4pm) and was repeatedly told during my massage that my muscles were rock hard and she was too tired to apply any more pressure. She kept commenting that I should have come in the morning when she had more energy. When I asked if she wanted to stop the session, she said no and continued to complain. In addition, the majority of the massage was done using her elbows since her hands were too tired. I stayed in the prone position the whole time. No attempts where made to reposition me.
As a persons who gets regular massage, this was the worst massage ever! I question whether Annie even has a massage license. Her technique and professionalism were both poor and shockingly inadequate.
All of these comments were mentioned to the front desk without any attempts to rectify the situation. My friend had already paid and tipped for the massage before I had finished. No refund or compensation was offered after my horrific experience was explained. This lack of customer service prompted me to spend time writing this lengthy review. Save your money and don’t come here. Just spent $ 75 + $ 15 tip to be verbally abused for 1 hour (non refundable).

I was seeing Annie regularly for a period of time to help with a chronic pain issue I have been dealing with for the last four years. She is the first MT I have seen who really knows what she is doing and actually helped with my issue. After seeing her, I won’t waste my time or money going somewhere else, even if I’m tempted by a cheap Groupon, I think back on all terrible places I went, leaving in the same amount of pain I came in. If you want real, quality results for pain, or even just to relax and take time for yourself Wonderful Day Spa is the best place out.

I came in for the first time on Saturday and tried the combination facial and massage. It was sooo good. The Thai massage was incredible, and my skin is still glowing from the facial. Annie was super sweet and obviously is a master at her craft. I’ve had Thai massage in a few different places; this massage was far superior to any other experiences I’ve had in the past. I still feel loose, limber, and pain-​free. Their prices are also EXTREMELY competitive for what you get. I’m thrilled that Unilocal led me here!

I had a spa pedicure done here. I loved thandi! She is really cool and awesome. The massage was really good, she made my legs thank me! She is really good with nails!

Could improve customer service. The entire time I was receiving a facial, the woman would not stop trying to sell me on products. Thus it was very hard to relax. I won’t go back.

I had a Thai massage with Annie and it IS the best massage I have EVER had. My back has lots of stress knots and she did a great job of stretching them out. Thai massage is essentially like a yoga/​stretch massage. I felt like new after the massage. I eventually also took my husband and my brother there for Thai massage and Swedish massage. They both loved it too. Annie is fantastic, I would highly recommend her and get her for the Thai massage!

Usually when you see a full five star rating on Unilocal you can rest assured that you’re dealing with a serious organization.

I have had dozens of massages in the past ranging from relaxation to deep tissue but I had never had a Thai massage before. I don’t know that I’ll have another kind again.
It’s quite different:
— clothes on
— on the floor
— lots of standing on your tight muscles
— stretching
You see this petite Thai woman and don’t realize how much power and dexterity she has in her hands/​elbows/​feet.
I walked out of the spa feeling transformed.

I was very happy with the swedish/​deep tissue combo massage by Annie. I called her last minute one evening, having driven by several times since I live in the area. She accommodated my schedule and also gave me an introductory inexpensive rate despite having no formal ‘new client special’ rate. Annie gave me an amazing massage… it was the perfect mix and she catered to what my body demanded. For the first time in awhile, I had increased (normal!) mobility in my neck and felt relaxed and comfortable even afterwards. I will definitely return to Annie and also try some of her other services such as Thai massage.

I seldom write reviews, but when you have someone like Annie, it is impossible not to. Where to begin. I have followed her from multiple places and I have stuck with her for years. Here are her qualities:
(a) She is caring beyond words. Not only me but my mom loves her as well as she treats her with kindness and respect. Once I brought her to Annie and she left with massage and facial done, totally relaxed and extremely happy. Annie really knows how to make elderly feel at home.
(b) Annie is extremely clean and changes the sheets before massage is done. Her facility is spotless.
© She has a passion for this work. She is friendly, and dedicated to what she does. She will never rush you. It seems like she enjoys what she does and hence you enjoy being with her.
(d) Thai massage: She once said «Who can be better in thai massage than me… a person from Thailand». I TOTALLY agree with her. Go to her if you want authentic thai massage done. It is like doing yoga and you feel refreshed afterwards.
(e) Deep tissue Massage: I walk on clouds after her deep tissue massage. She knows EXACTLY where the knots are and makes sure she gets them. My posture is improved after this treatment. I also had leg spasm problem, and she fixed it somehow, don’t know how but she fixed it!
(f) Not only massages but scrubs, facial, pedicure, manicure and wax etc very good at her facility. I would trust her workers as well as they are trained by her.
I hope she is always there as I love going to her.

Called in for a Thai massage on Tuesday and the owner promptly replied to my query via Unilocal that there was an opening for 5:30pm. So I grabbed at that opportunity not knowing what to expect since this was the first time I opted for a Thai massage, I previously only schedule myself for a deep tissue. Reached the place at 5:20pm and was greeted by a lively and petite woman who introduced herself as Anne. At first look at the woman it seemed like seriously!!! But don’t be fooled by the looks of this petite and tiny woman, she packs in a lot of punch in that small body. Anne is very cheerful and will also demonstrate how to wear the special shorts for the Thai massage. Once settled in you can feel that power coursing through your tight and knotted muscles. After the massage be prepared for some stretching which Anne is good at too!!! At the end of the session your body and muscles feel so relaxed you would want to go back to sleep. I really need a couple of sessions at least twice a month to loosen my tight and knotted muscles and this is the place I am booking my session in the near future. I highly recommend this place for all who are seriously looking to loosen their tight, knotted and neglected muscles to rejuvenate them. A big thank you to Anne and you will see me soon!

What a wonderful little place! I’ve been to spas right off of busy streets, and was a little worried the sound of traffic would interfere with my relaxation. However, this place was set up perfectly, couldn’t hear any of the noise of the traffic once inside. I got the newbie special, mani-​pedi, and an hour massage. It was all wonderful. Annie the owner/​masseuse was amazing. I have the worst knots in my shoulders and neck, and she worked them over and then some. I’ve had some people stop and later scold me for having so many knots, but Annie was all about business and getting them out! She’s also a great owner, made me feel welcome first step in the door. I’ll plan on going back here for my every so often massages.
On the mani pedi side. The lady was great, massage chairs, and well sanitized devices. Opi nail colors. The job was great, not a chip yet. And they have cool globes to dry your nails on, pretty fun!
I only gave it four stars because it was my first time, just in case it was a fluke, I’ll update after my second visit.

Annie was friendly and professional. The place is clean and I was very happy with the service that I received.

Do yourself a favor and just go, you will not be disappointed!

Annie, the owner, is the most welcoming owner I have met. From the moment you walk in the door she wants you to enjoy your visit and service that will be provided. The hot stone massage was amazing!!! Let’s just say I won’t go another place for waxing… it is the best. Linda gave me an amazing pedicure. I will be back on regular basis.

I have been to many masseuses in my seven years in Worcester. I found Annie about four years ago, and I have stuck with her (actually, I’ve followed her to three different places). Annie’s massage technique incorporates a number of different modalities. She is creative in her approach to solving my muscle pain. She goes above and beyond to make sure each massage addresses all of my complaints. This new spa is totally Annie’s. She designed it, remodeled it, and has put a lot of thought into what other places seem to have left out. It is CLEAN, fresh, and yet it is comfortable enough to feel like home. I recently had a massage and facial – Annie incorporated massage into my facial which really increased my relaxation. This past month, I tried a Thai massage, one of Annie’s specialties. Annie was great about pointing out what Thai massage is good for and I felt super well-​stretched after. I highly recommend the Thai massage.

Wonderful Day Spa is one stop shop for beauty and relaxation. In this beautiful spa, they offer pedicure, manicure, facial, waxing, and massages. They even have Thai massage, which you can’t find anywhere else in the Metro west area. I usually go once a month and spend a few hours to relax with a facial and a good massage. Their prices are very reasonable for their excellent service. I definitely recommend it!
