Chipotle Mexican Grill

This particular location is consistent and clean. They always have fresh food and plenty of it.
My normal order is a burrito with sofritas, brown rice, both types of beans (which they are happy to do for me), pico, corn salsa, and guac. Sometimes they have to use two tortillas to make sure my burrito stays in tact, but they are happy to do so.
This is a very busy location, but the line moves quickly, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I order my food online and it said it would be ready at 2:45 pm. I showed early because in the past my food has been cold. I usually avoid this Chipotle and dine at the one down the street in Westborough. My food was just sitting on the counter and when I got home it was unsurprisingly cold. Also it was mostly composed of rice and beans, very little chicken. Although I will say there was an adequate amount of guacamole. I guess I’ve learned my lesson and won’t dine here anymore. Such a shame because its right near my house.

My friend and I came in for lunch earlier today and were beyond pleased with both the food and the service. Phil was friendly and enthusiastic– the kind of person you would want working in your restaurant. Would eat here over Moes just to see him again!

Not sure what has happened, but my last few visit have had some sort of issue. Today I found a hair in my food… time to eat elsewhere

Even when they are busy the line moves quickly.

Workers were pleasant and helpful. I had to wait for the steak to be cut which only took a couple of minutes. Overall clean environment. My bowl was not up to par due to a spicy taste in it.

Excellent Chipotle location, it does occasionally get very busy around mealtimes here but the employees are friendly and the food is excellent.

I feel I’m getting less meet every time I come. Not sure if the worker is paying for it, or its new management orders. I feel I my coming here would come to an end soon. I liked the old staff more. While they still got some kind staff too.

Gross, one step up from Taco Bell which is disgusting. First problem is, this isn’t even Mexican, its some Tex-​Mex abortion. They nickel and dime you for everything, burrito, chips, guac, drink, etc. Like Taco Bell, you’ll be visiting the restroom about an hour or two later with bad results. Moes is far better and the chips are free. All be it, Moe’s is also a Tex-​Mex mish mosh, its still better. I don’t understand why people love this food, but than again, people love Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory.

I was looking forward to eating at this restaurant because we do not have one back home. When we walked in I was very disturbed by how dirty the place looked. The restaurant was a little busy but not one clean table. There was trash all over the floor, it just wasn’t very appetizing. We we went to fill up our beverage cup there were no straws (had to find them ourselves under the counter) and there were no napkins either. It just seemed to us that no one cared about how this place looked. People would walk in and go to end of the line just to talk to employees and they were not even there to eat, taking time away from those who were there to eat. The people in the service line were very helpful in choosing the ingredients that we would like but not very consistent. I ordered the shredded beef tacos and in one of the tacos there was so much meat that it left very little room for anything else. Another one had very little meat to it at all and it was very dry. This was my first experience to this place and I probably will never go back.

They should have an option for me to just buy a massive bowl of guacamole…
Other than that minor set back. This is my favorite chipotle. Foods great and so is the service.

Slowest moving line ever. Dirty pans all over the back counter and the food served looks slopped together. 8 people at the counter should be able to mange this flow better.
Very nice staff though, which kept me from walking out.

If you want a burrito that is a disaster before you even take the first bite, come here! My last 2 burritos have been very sad looking… And so poorly wrapped I couldn’t even eat them. Definitely won’t be back! Next time I’m craving a chipotle burrito I’ll drive right past the Shrewsbury location to Westboro where they actually know how to wrap a burrito!

I used to be a fan of chipotle but the past visit the service was super slow everyone just talking to eachother. Employee was smoking right outside the entrance door.
Portions are always big. Food is good.

The management is terrible they are rude and not helpful at all they are ignorant to their woman employees and should take a class on how to treat people with respect

I always get the steak burrito. Very flavorful and filling. The hot salsa is F-​ing HOT! The medium is not far behind, I suggest if you get these salsa’s, chug it with milk to put out the Bön fire in your mouth.
I’ve had the chix burrito, it’s ok, steak has more flavor.

Not all Chipotles are the same. Of the Chipotles I’ve been to (In California, Colorado, New York, Texas, Oregon, and other places I’ve lived in or passed through), this is the best.
Admittedly, it’s probably because of the team working there, and teams can change. However, during the 5 years that I’ve been going here, occasionally 4 – 5 times a week mind you, I was rarely disappointed by the generous portions or the quality of the food. Management and teams have changed a couple times, but they seem to pass down the tradition of being personable, friendly, and making great food. As other have pointed out they are always ready to get it right for you. If you’re not happy with the burrito, they re-​do it. I’ve rarely had to ask though. You can tell that the team is tight with each other, and they’re good at what they do.
Try their steak — they know how to make it right! Ask for extra rice, no beans, steak, extra sour cream, mild salsa, and lettuce. You won’t regret it.

This is not our usual Chipotle, but we were in the area, and Chipotle is our usual Sunday lunch spot. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My family loves Chipotle because the food is fresh, and healthier than other fast food options. One thing that sets this restaurant apart from other locations is that the guacamole was spicy. Chipotle already has the best guacamole, but this extra spiciness took things to the next level.

Trader Joe’s, so you can shop for some tasty victuals after your meal.
