I called Belfort earlier today because I had a tenant who moved out, but left their apparent a mess. Before I could rent it, I needed holes patched and painted, and the place cleaned.
They were able to come out the same day for a quote, and once accepted were able to start immediately. 4 hours later, the place was spotless and looked brand new.
Rafael actually had to take out a spotlight to show me the imperfections in the eggshell paint where the new layer would appear shiny over the other one. He had alerted me that it would do that, however it was much less noticeable than he had said.
For cost — they are very well priced. They are also extremely friendly and upfront about everything. The price he quoted me did not change, even though he noticed (and fixed) a few other things that we had not talked about.
Whenever I need their services again, you can bet that I will call them first.

From estimation of work to completion of the project, Belfort painting did an outstanding job painting the exterior and interior of our home. Even years later, our home still looks as if it were just recently painted demonstrating the quality of their work. Communication from the crew leader Rafael and overall professional conduct during the job was impressive. We will definitely use Belfort painting again on our next project.
