We are overdue in writing this review, as our chimney service was around last September. But as we were talking about home improvement projects today, Horizon’s name came up in the conversation, and I was compelled to write a review.
We were very impressed with their service. We moved into our house last August, and our home inspector said we had a dampener problem in the fireplace. We called Horizon, and our serviceman fixed the problem lickey-​split. Being new homeowners, he explained how and when to open the flue, and he even took us outside to see what it looked like as open and closed in the chimney. He examined our chimney and gave us good advice as to what to expect in the future with maintenance and repairs. We will call Horizon again in the future!
