Interesting store. Handmade cosmetics. Wife purchased eye liner and soap. Eye liner became flaky and worthless(drop form). The soap was all fragrance and wasn’t useful to clean. Love the concept but the end product is not up to par. Super friendly staff.

Love lemon, and Rasberry… Go there now! So happy this one is at mall. only wish they keep making some of the discontinued scents, and online more of a sold out update, its compulsive keep checking with hope they restock.

This is my FAVORITELUSH in New Jersey! I have had experiences at others and this one has by far has the BEST staff. They are warming, polite and answer ALLLL of your questions. Unlike other LUSH stores, the ladies recommend things but don’t push it on you. Don’t be intimidated by the mall, Marisa(store manager) and her staff are so polite, helpful and knowledgable(love Lea too!). Marisa, you made all the difference for me. They offer samples and are quick to help and give you space when needed. They exchanged my product without a problem and helped me pick out more. I am so pleased that I even contacted corporate LUSH to let them know about this store. Please, shop at Short Hills… you won’t regret it! They represent everything LUSH stands for. Even though this location isn’t the closest to me, from now on this is the only location I will shop with. THANKYOULADIES.

Lush is an amazing cosmetics store and has so many bath bombs and body washes and the best part is that it’s all hand made! This lush in particular has amazing customer service, and a ton of things to try out for free. I highly reccomend this store.

When I first heard that lush was opening a store at short hills mall, I was freaking out! I didn’t have easy access to a lush and mostly ordered online before. The experience of shopping in store is totally different than just ordering online. First off, you can literally SMELL the goodness of lush from a few stores away and you’re like«What is that amazingness???» Then, when you walk in, it is like you are in bath product heaven and the rest is history. Workers here are nice and helpful, so that’s a plus! I’m just happy they opened a Lush here as you can tell.

4.5 Stars, but by far my favorite LUSH shop. I’ve been to 3 location so far. About 90% of the people at the store are nice and not too nosy. I’ve only met one who was a bit pushy, but that’s alright because the other girls were very helpful. They are 1,000,000 times better than some at the other locations I’ve been to, even the worst girl at Short Hills is an angel compared to certain LUSH staff at the KP and Herald Square Locations. This is the closest Lush store to me; the next closest ones are all in NYC since I live close to there. All of the other NJ stores are on the other side! I’m personally not a big fan of the Short Hills Mall, only because I don’t buy super designer items, but this mall is really quiet and nice compared to other ones… plus it’s so much cleaner than Jersey Gardens(which I hate :)). But enough about Short Hills Mall… This Lush is pretty tiny though, and can be a bit cramped once it gets crowded. I’ve been there 3 times, and only once it was super crowded… nearly 30 people in the store! It is around the same size as the Herald Square Location in Manhattan though, so I’m not going to complain. The special thing about this location is in the details. The wrapping paper for the soap. Instead of boring white paper with the words LUSH on it, at the Short Hills location, we get pretty, colorful paper with comic style images of Gorilla Perfume, different herbs, and more. The samples are way more generous as well. At the NYC location I also reviewed, the sample they gave me was half the size of Short Hills, which gave me a 0.5 oz container of cleanser filled to the top(like the little containers of Lemony Flutter or Gorgeous in gift sets) with only two measly little pieces of cleanser. The Stock is mediocre, but of the times I’ve been there, once was the Boxing Day Sale which was super disappointing. I’m not sure if it was Short Hills that had nothing at 9am on the 26th, or if many other shops were experiencing similar issues. none of the less, visiting other LUSH shops have caused me to appreciate my darling Short Hills shop. I just visited a LUSH today, but I’ll be back by Easter :)

Sweet baby Jesus if I could give this ten stars I would! Lush is life, life is Lush. That’s all I have to say. Short Hills Mall is one of my go-to malls while traveling through NJ and this Lush shop is what makes the mall so fantastic.

This is a nice LUSH store. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am glad they opened up in the Short Hills Mall, which is right arond the corner from me. I love LUSH so it convenient to get their products now. I love their bath melts and bombs. They have soap that they cut off and you pay by weight. Their body lotion and things like that are awesome but pricey.

«Lush is here! Lush is here! Whoop-di-do, Lush is here!» This is the song that accompanied the dance I made up when I found out Lush Cosmetics was setting up shop in Short Hills Mall. This store is a PERFECT addition to the Short Hills family! It’s a little bit bigger than the GSP location, with some more room for products & «trying stations.» It’s on the second floor, next to Teavana(between Saks Fifth Ave & Macy’s). There’s so much more to see, smell, & touch! But it’s pretty much the same Lush store that you love: soaps, bath bombs, lotions, solid shampoos, body washes … everything you need to feel pretty & clean! I was greeted when I walked in, but no one asked me if I needed any help or if I wanted to try any products. No worries — I knew what I wanted. But I hope my future visits are more personalized, because I’ll be coming around more often now that I don’t have to go all the way to Paramus — or the city — for my Lush fix!
