Rosati’s Pizza

Among my favorite pizza places in the area. Always satisfies with the food. People working there are always loud in the back and at times, a little too loud based on their topic. Have to give it a 5 because the competition in the area aren’t close.

I love Rosatis Pizza. When I first moved to Joliet I didn’t know any good pizza places I tried Rosati’s in Shorewood and have been hooked ever since Very polite staff, the delivery drivers are always fast, and very nice.

I’ve used Rosati’s on Jefferson Street multiple times for company lunches ordering the Deal Buster. Customer service has always been good, but delivery has frequently been late. Today’s delivery was late by 45 minutes and when I called to check the first time, when 10 minutes late, I was told driver had a small accident and that he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes.
I called again when the order was 30 minutes late and was told he had just left and the chicken was still at the store and the driver would have to come back for it for another delivery. Driver claimed he was given the wrong address and called me when he couldn’t find us. By the time he made the second trip to us with the chicken the order was one hour late.
What gripes me the most was that I was lied to by both the store rep and the driver (the delivery ticket had correct address). If they can’t keep up with orders, they need to be realistic with their delivery times and communicate alternative times that they can meet. If the customer doesn’t like the altered time, they can choose to go some where else.
Won’t be using them again. Too many other options available in Shorewood and Joliet.

Bad service!!! I called place my order a and they told me 40 min to pick up the pizza! So i waited 45 min and left my house got to this location my pizza was not even ready they never made my pizza and charge my credit card so i had to wait an extra 40 minutes so they can make my pizza! They did not even said sorry for the wait and alot of other customers also super mad! Do not go to this location its not worth waiting 1:45 minutes for a pizza! They don’t even deserve a star!!!

This is our local pizza go to. We are always happy with the consistency and flavor. But what prompted me to write a review was recently we hosted a children’s pizza party and Rosati’s of Shorewood did spectacular! They delivered on time and everything looked and tasted great! Also, the manager worked with us to find the best price for large order!

Great Pizza. Lots of choices in the Joliet \ Shorewood and Plainfield area this one is one of the best pizza joints around. We used their catering for a family party. The Italian Beef was very good and the Chicken was excellent. The staff is friendly and double checks your order. I would do it again.

When we moved to the Plainfield area 10 years ago, the first pizza we had here was from Rosati’s (the Route 59 location). 10 years later, it’s still one of our favorites.
One unique thing about Rosati’s is that both their thin crust and their pan pizzas are very good. Most pizza places specialize in one or the other.
