Divas Salon & Spa

Wonderful salon, came the first time using a gift card. Jana is my stylist she’s very talented, listened to what I wanted and exceeded my wildest expectations. I received rich beautiful color, and the greatest hair cut ever. Every day I get compliments on the style. She made it easy but beautiful. It’s been a very hard year and the incredible service I get from Jana and Divas is above and beyond the ordinary. I highly recommend going to Divas you won’t be disappointed ask for Jana.
I forgot to add I came back today and it was EVRN better. I have wavy wild hair Jana tames my tresses and makes me look and feel wonderful and fabulous

Horrible. After fighting with my AWFUL haircut again this morning, I decided to write this review so that no one else experiences this. I went to see Annie and I wish I hadn’t. Not only did she not even try to talk to me throughout the entire appointment, she acted like I was bothering her that I had even made an appointment in the first place. When trying to explain what I wanted (as simple as a decent trim with long layers and a full highlight, seems pretty simple to me), she acted as if I was telling her how to do her job. I’m sorry, but it’s my hair and yes I will be specific on how I’d like it done because apparently a highlight and cut was a stretch. I asked for 2 inches off my hair with long layers. I now have a shag. The layers in the back are so choppy I feel like I haven’t seen anything like this since the 80’s. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to this haircut. Not to mention she literally rushed through EVERYTHING like she had something more important to get to. Or wanted me the hell out of her chair.
The one star would be for the color. Even though I had to wash it several times to get the toner out because it was left in too long. Oh. Did I mention the HUGE bleeder on the top of my head that could have been fixed if she even took the time to check the color or even ask how I liked it.
Horrible experience. I’ll be growing this shag out for the rest of the summer. NEVER AGAIN.

Great salon! I recently came here after another salon messed up my hair. Diana did a great job on fixing my hair and did what was best for my hair. I would highly recommend everyone to go here.

I just visited Diva’s for the first time today and I loved my experience. I was pampered with a facial and brow shaping from Maria. She is the best! My eyebrows have never looked this good! My skin is also glowing and is so soft from the facial. She even gave me some samples of the product she used for me to try at home. The salon staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere is very positive. Before I left, I booked an appointment to get my hair done and another brow appointment with Maria. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic facial!!! I had the pumpkin peel facial done by Maria. It was wonderful! And she is an EXCELLENT esthetician! Very knowledgeable! Such a nice lady! Always has the clients best interest at heart. She is truly there to help you. She also waxed my eyebrows. They looked amazing!!! Can not wait to go back to Divas for another facial! Beautiful place! :)

Amazing experience here. I had Diana for a tone and blow out. She gave great advice, perfect amount of chatter and did a beautiful job with my hair. I’ll sure be back! Check out the pic for my style:) I didn’t tell her what to do, she did this without direction! Only cost $ 40 for both. Right off 55 and 80 so its easy to get to:)

Love divas! I see Diana for foils and cuts and she’s really wonderful. She’s very attentive to detail and doesn’t rush me at all. Very sweet lady. So glad I switched. I get complimented on my hair all the time. Yea! Love the coffee too :) !!!

Great, team works together to help with hair color to make it is right! Very beautiful atmosphere.

This review is for Diane in the spa, as I only had my eyebrows done here. I made a same day appointment and was able to get in within an our of calling in, so that was a definite plus. The front desk was exceptionally nice as well.
I walked in with my daughter, and as a 2 year old would put it, wow it’s pretty! It is a gorgeous salon, and it continued into the spa area, and wow this place is huge! Everyone was extremely nice and polite, and that was a plus. It reminded me of where I get my hair done in the city.
I only waited a few minutes as she was finishing up with a customer. We walked back and she held great conversation while quickly taming my beastly brows. I wish she could have made them a bit thinner, but I don’t take chances with the brows, and will inquire next time with a picture.
At the end of the appointment she walked us to the front where we paid and she introduced my daughter to the candy bowl :)
Why not five stars? Nothing big, but it was a tiny awkard having the person you are tipping standing right there as you tell the front desk how much. I’m sure it would have been fine if I was a regular but it was weird.
Diane definitely deserved a tip, and she will be added to my list of go to’s in the suburbs :)
Too bad they don’t have a stylist that does African American hair, then I would be head over heels!

I meet the owners of Diva’s over a year ago and they are fantastic. They have a great staff and beautiful salon. Great atmosphere. They have my favorite product UNITE.

5 stars, wont take my head anywhere else. Clean, higher end salon. Natasha is the best!

I used to be a longtime customer here until my regular lady left and meanwhile, found a different place. I just made an appointment here since I was nearby.
WOW, this place changed pretty quickly visually. They now occupy 2 storefronts in their strip mall and the hair cutting stations looked so immaculate and fancy that it looked like something out of a Pottery Barn magazine. Service was still very good, despite making an appointment just a few hours ago.
I only wanted my collicks and neckline trimmed up, which my person did nicely, but for $ 15? Didn’t even take her 5 minutes to finish. Will I guess somethings got to pay for their fancy furniture fixings. Seriously though… this place isn’t bad at all, just rather pricey. If I remember right, they charge $ 25 for a Men’s haircut.

I love this place. I had always gone to Jagged Edge before coming here, but when my stylist left I was nervous if I’d ever find anyone or any place i’d like again. Diva’s is great. When you walk in, the place is super nice. Whoever decorated it-​kudos to you. I see only Magen, but I work with a couple of girls that get their hair done by David and his coloring skills are great. Everyone there is really friendly and helpful and you don’t feel like they are ever trying to push product or services on you, which I had always hated at Jagged Edge. Some say pricey-​but I think its fair for the level of expertise and not really too far off from other comparable salons in the area (VIP’s on Caton).
