I just moved to Lynnwood area notice a lot of vape shops been smoking cigarettes over 10 years wanted to stopped decide to stop by star vape the Aiden and Mike that work there were very helpful with options and explaining me different options in vape, I didn’t know anything what’s the best way to start and device to go with they were very helpful walking me though the steps bought one device had for a week got few juices from there loved them all after a day trying it out didn’t even feel smoking a cigarette after two weeks and half I haven’t had a urge to smoke a cigarette just been enjoying few times a day vaping. When back got a little better device from them they helped me out showed me everything on it how it works and what temperature I should stay after I told them what I was looking for. Love the places pretty cool stuff special feels like you are in vape heaven with all different options they have. Defiantly got a customer that will come here with all my needs for vape. Thank you for all the help and hooking me up.

Aiden and Mike are the absolute best. Amazing customer service, both know me by name and go above and beyond every time.
I don’t ever need to go to another vape store.
Not to mention they have an amazing selection and great prices!

This place is BAD. First off, they do not have prices marked on anything so they can jack up the price as they see fit. I’ve heard they sell fakes. These people are totally illegal the way they’re running their business! Only go if you absolutely have to. The one across the street is way better!

This place is Janky. I also got a fake Aspire Nautilus like the previous reviewer. And it was a premium price. The serial number had been checked over 9100 times. Lol. I’ve also had problems with it since the first day. Makes sense.
On top of it, they sold expired juice and wouldn’t give a deal on it. The juice I normally like was brown and it’s usually yellow. They also wouldn’t match a price for coils, which was way higher than other places.
I’m no cheapo, and I definitely don’t have time to go back there for a refund (especially with the BS parking situation), but needless to say I will never go back. I also do not recommend at all. It might be cool for people who don’t know about Vape stuff and don’t know any better, but eventually people will figure them out and go elsewhere.
You’ve been warned! Fake items, high prices, expired juices (you have to point it out as they will just sell it as normal regardless of the obvious discoloration), and overall unwillingness to try to EARN any future business from me.
Sorry Star Vape. Fail.

WOW! Amazing place! The guys behind the counter are GREAT! They are very helpful, very knowledgeable and the selection of juices are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Among the other services (cotton, coils, tank cleaning) I would suggest this place to EVERYONE! I’m from out of town and I wish I could bring this store home with me. great experience thanks guys!

Trying different vape shops has become a hobby of mine, particularly due to the influx of popularity. I made the trip from kirkland after seeing all of the positive reviews, but sadly I was a little dissappointed.
Although it isn’t their fault, the construction on 99 makes it very difficult to visit here. Luckily it’s on the corner, so if your going west on 200^th, you can easily enter the back parking lot. I parked in the Costco lot and walked.
It’s pretty cramped inside and there aren’t any chairs to sit and test the vapor flavors. If there were, I might be inclined to stay a bit longer and in turn, buy more.
They have a HUGE selection of Two Peas in a Pod, a brand I like very much and the 2 for $ 20 is a good deal. They had some other brands as well and also informed me that they get something new every week.
Their rewards system would only be a deal if this was the only shop you visited. Buy $ 100 get $ 10 off your next purchase.
If I’m in the area, I’ll visit. But only when construction is finished.

This is the first vape store I’ve been to. It’s changed a lot since the beginning and its a good change. They have Star Wars gear all over the place witch is a plus cause I’m a big Star Wars fan. Their employees have good knowledge for the beginners and have gear for the more advanced vapors. Good menu of juices too. If I had my RDA, they would have set me up for free. They also have a loyalty membership for frequent shoppers.

These guys sell fake Nautilus products. Aiden claims he has «no idea how» because he buys them «straight from the manufacturer in China.» The unit was totally crap. In the store they warned me not to buy online because there are so many fakes. I should have known it was bad when the guy had trouble screwing it back together after filling it in the store. It leaked and the screws didn’t thread together.
Since I thought it was user error I spent like two hours dissecting the thing to figure out what was wrong. I wasted half of the juice they sold me testing the product. Then I spent another hour researching the product online and contacted Aspire. The serial number had been checked by them over 5000 times. The unit design and packaging were incorrect. The easiest way to spot a fake is check the serial number on the Aspire website, make sure the inside is paperboard with the Aspire logo (not fuzzy plastic), check that the metal is shiny and not brushed, and lastly that the air hole size adjuster makes a clicking sound when you turn it.
So I called these guys totally irate. After two voice messages and a phone call in which I insisted that the money be refunded back to my card without me returning their fraudulent goods because they wasted so much of my time — which Aiden refused — we had a nice calm conversation. He was apologetic, claimed to know nothing about it. Told me to return it.
Well I returned it. And made it totally clear to these two how much of my time they had wasted. Including the haul back out to Shoreline to return their fake Chinese product. They returned the thing but offered no further compensation – like perhaps a new bottle of juice. Considering how much of a joke this all is and that I wasted time, money, and juice, I am writing this bad review.
I stopped in another vape shop and bought an authentic mini, and they commented on hearing bad things about Star Vape.

These guys are on top of it! They will set you up with whatever you need. Mods, tanks, batteries, they will also clean out your tank, and do minor repairs for free! Top notch.

Walked in and got help immediately. Super clean. The people there were super friendly. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Wow this place is awesome!!! I went inside and got the newest and latest vaporizers. This is the shit :)
