Over the last year, my husband and I have had a few mishaps with important pieces and the pickup time we were promised, but with each mistake, they’ve made special allowances to get those specific pieces to me in time for the event I needed them for. The attendants are always friendly and have a smile on their face (even when they’re melting from the sweltering heat inside). Yes, this location is still out of the way for us, but because of the great service we continue to return!
