This is the most horrible Olive Garden in the Milky Way. there is one good waitress here and that is Samantha. Also if you get the fettuccine Alfredo pasta it has noodles the penne pasta is different colors and may taste different and if you and your family is in a hurry don’t come here that’s a good thing and bad if your trying to walk in a restaurant don’t come to Olive Garden it takes forever but If you want your food to be perfect come to Olive Garden.

Same quality and service as I have come to expect across the nation. This chain got it right. My favorite is still the soup, salad and breadstick lunch. Just please, keep me away from the breadsticks. I wish they offered a true whole grain option with no enriched flour. I would be willing to pay more.

Watched as they seated everyone that came in before and after us that was aggravating. The wife and I ordered soup and salad. Sat there and watched everyone else get their orderly our table and finish their meals before we got our soup. WTH its soup how hard is that.

Worst visit ever yesterday 6÷21÷15 — the bartender is a rude heifer — if your ice machine is broken let the customer know before you fix their $ 7.50 drink — don’t just add extra tequila to it — ruined the drink

The Olive Garden has always been an option when deciding on an Italian restaurant. Today, it was a great choice to come here! Our server was down to earth. on the ball. willing to do back flips for us. We both ate the unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks. Each soup was hot and enjoyable. I personally thought the chicken in the soup tasted like they ‘literally’ opened up canned chicken and saved themselves some time on preparing it. The salad has always been great with the bread fresh and warm.

The food is Olive Garden, consistently pretty decent. The one positive that sets this restaurant aside to me is the service. Every time, which is 6 – 7 times, the service is well above average. Not sure whether to attribute this to location, management, training, or fortune? Regardless of the cause, the service and predictable food will bring us back.

The service is fine, the atmosphere is nice, and while I still love the taste of the house salad, none of the food I’ve seen or tried appears to be made with quality ingredients. All in all, it’s just another cookie-cutter chain restaurant. But I’ve had my fill of low-quality toxic foods, so I’m staying away from places like this as much as possible until they start offering fresher organic and/or non-GMO dishes.

Olive Garden is a fav restaurant of mine so I was curious to see how this one in Sherman’s doing. I’m glad to say that it’s a really good one that truly lives up to the Olive Garden standards — the staff’s very friendly, the food is really good and it’s always full of customers. I’ve already been there several times and I’ll def be back several more. :-)

It’s okay. You can definitely tell that the food was frozen. It’s your stereotypical casual Italian chain restaurant. The service tends to be ok and the food is on par with every other Olive Garden.

Waitress seemed angry and overwhelmed. My table was still dirty when we sat down. The guy who seemed to be a floor manager said it was the lacquer coming off. It was not. It took several minutes to get our salad and breadsticks. Once we got our entrées, it seemed like the waitress mission to get us out of there as soon as possible. She asked us if she could take out plates while we were still eating. Overall this was an uncomfortable experience. The 2 thinks that could have made it better is 1) staff being accountable and 2) smiling.

I come here as often as I can. Never had a bad experience, and when we went one time and had a(clearly) inexperienced waiter, he truly made up for it with personality. This place knows how to hire good staff!

Since it has opened, the story around town is about their service. It’s great one visit & the next you walk out. We’ve been in there when it’s not crowded and had waiters chat at a neighboring tables while we looked at our menus for 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to us. Tonight, we were treated like royalty and had a wonderful experience. It’s sometime hard to justify going in as you don’t know what to expect for service. On the other hand, the food has always been good and that has never been a complaint.

Opened in February 2008, this new Olive Garden has already become a busy restaurant in the Sherman area. Since my parents live near Sherman, I’m always looking for a different place to eat(how about a high end restaurant?! Please!!). I took my mom to Olive Gartner for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place was packed but the host staff was very efficient and we were seated earlier than the promised 30 minutes. The waitress was very friendly and given the newness of the restaurant, very efficient. My mom had the soup and salad. She had dined at the same restaurant a week before and found the soup to be very watery with too much«green stuff» on top. The waitress ensured that her bowl was filled with potatoes and sausage this time and she was very pleased with her meal. I had the Apricot Chicken which was very good. The brocolli and asparagus that came with it were good too. …and the bottomless salad bowl is always appreciated.
