Fantastic atmosphere in a unique historic space. The wine list is fabulous. Pasture fed beef from the local KBarK ranch were cooked perfectly and better than steak houses at twice the price. They are all hand cut on premise. Loved our first dinner here and we will certainly be back to explore the menu.

Food is wonderful. Staff is friendly and attentive. They actually serve what has turned into my favorite sandwich. I can’t speak to the service or food in the evening as I only ever eat here for lunch.

Lone time ago when I first started using Unilocal.Found this pricy restaurant in Sherman. You know, Sherman is a dead town. I wonder if those shops downtown ever open. I would never notice this place if it weren’t Unilocal. After we got there, I was told this place is actually a famous spot in town. They have many antique stuff on the first floor. They also have some sheep bear moo hang on the third floor. The actual dinner locate on the second floor. The moment I saw those white table cloth I was convinced it was a nice restaurant. Honestly I never expected that in Sherman. Food, on the other hand, was not impressive. We ordered some mushroom, salmon, beef. They brought up a dessert tray for us to select.

We spent the day after Valentines Day there and I have to say they really offer a unique dinning experience for a small town like Sherman it’s defiantly upscale! Nice wine bar tables are set with linen table cloths! And your drinks are served in wine glasses even if your not drinking wine! The chef is cooked for the PGA tournament and is nice enough to come to your table to see how your meal is! I had tuna steaks with quinoa and pea purée and my boyfriend had their Duck breast which was so good to! They serve homemade loafs of bread at the table! If your not a wine person the do offer beer and mixed drinks as their steaks passed our table they were quite large and they have desserts out of this world! The atmosphere is classy but not stuffy you can wear jeans with nice shirts but ties aren’t required! It’s on the second story of a down town building with antiques below it they do have elevator for those who need it! It’s a family place but not really for small children it’s small in there and if they were crying I could see some people being upset! You may try it as a date night and get your own feel for it before bringing them!

The Lounge is a great place to unwind after a long day(or long week), especially on Fridays — the pianist is amazing! Mauricio always does what he can to make sure we have a good experience. I might prefer it if they mixed up the menu options every so often just to keep it interesting.

If you want a fantastic meal without having to drive to the Metroplex then Full Belli’s is the only place to go. TJ& Heather have definitely put a lot of work into this restaurant and it shows! The service is great, food is fantastic, and have a full belli-tini at the bar(you won’t regret it)! They catered my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner, and it was wonderful! Thank you TJ& Heather!

I have food allergies that make eating out difficult at many places, but they handled them brilliantly. I spoke with the chef who was dilligent, checking in with me several times. The food was amazing and the portions were generous. I will be returning.

This place is wonderful! I made reservations for my mother’s 60th birthday this past Saturday and when we got there they gave us the best seat in the house! We had some tough critics at our table and everyone was so happy with the service and food! My dish, the parmesean crusted flounder, was to die for! We left very full and very happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate with my family! Thank you Fulbelli’s for not dissapointing and being the best restaurant in Sherman! We will be back!

If you are in old downtown Sherman you will not find many eating establishments. This one had some good reviews on Trip Advisor, thus we chose this one for lunch. There is no restaurant parking, thus you must park on the street somewhere around the courthouse square which allows for three hours free parking. The restaurant is located on the second floor of an old building which may have been an antique mall at one time. There are several offices and small shops located within the building. The stairs are not all that great in getting to the second floor, so be careful. We were immediately seated, as there were only five customers in the entire dining room. Our first impression — we may have made a mistake and can those Trip Advisor reviews be trusted? We had a very nice waitress that explained the menu and the specials for the day. We opted for two menu items. The grilled salmon was served with mashed potatoes and stir-fried flesh vegetables. The salmon came out on a large plate with the potatoes and vegetables and was grilled just right. The flavor of the fish was accented by a seasoning placed on top. The stir fried fresh vegetables were actually zucchini, red and yellow peppers and squash. Each vegetable had been cut into small one inch pieces and seasoned in a small amount of oil. The veggies were delicious, as were the mashed potatoes. They do not offer bread and a salad is extra, so we passed on that. The other order was grilled shrimp, fresh vegetables and rice. The five grilled shrimp were small to medium in size however adequate for lunch. They were good, but probably not worth the $ 12.50 lunch meal charge. There was seasoning on the shrimp, which was very tasty. The rice was presented in a large«mound» and it was just rice. I would added some color to the rice, perhaps wild rice, etc., so the presentation would have looked better. The fresh veggies were excellent as they had a delicate seasoning and were stir fired in light oil. In fact some of the best stir fired fresh vegetables we have eaten. The pricing for the five entrees ran about $ 12.50 each and those entrees come with absolutely nothing. We had water to drink and the glass was kept filled. After about 15 minutes the restaurant begin to fill and by the time we left there were only two empty tables. The menu is rather limited for lunch and for a small town the prices are high. There was a special of the day, a stuffed hamburger, for $ 8.75. I did not see that many coming out of the kitchen. What I did see was a lot of salads which were being served on a large plate and with a lot of greens plus a topping such as salmon and this was actually priced at less than the entrée prices. I think the next time I will have one of those salads. The waiter service was excellent. The restrooms are located on the third floor in a rather non-descript area that appears be for storage. They were not all that inviting and climbing that extra set of stairs was not that exciting. There was dinner menu at the front door with a lot more entrees and the prices seem to be about double the lunch prices.

Very outstanding dinner. Lots of local flare to the menu. The atmosphere is wonderful. We had the ahi tuna and filet. And carrot cake and key lime pie and delicious coffee for dessert. Btw the wine selection is very good. Had a great red wine. The chef Tj and his wife are wonderful people that are all about the food. Please take the time to stop here, it will be worth it. Wife and drove 80 miles for a date night, and we will do it again. Thank you for a great meal and special memory.

Wonderful food, gorgeous building, and fabulous owners who love and support the local community. I’m never disappointed by the delicious food, attentive waitstaff, talented bartenders at Fulbelli’s! It really is the best place in town for a classy night out, or a professional and upscale environment for a business lunch. Whether is a dinner date, or causal drinks with friends at the bar in the piano lounge, Fulbelli’s is the place to go! :)

Beautiful interior, elegant food but not fussy! We had a large group so we were sat in a private room. Everything is shabby chic. The food was delicious. I had seafood risotto and am very particular about my seafood having lived on both coasts. Not a piece was over cooked! Other guests had steak and it looked wonderful too. Dessert was amazing. Try the peanut butter pie! Service was kind and attentive!

Delicious Mother’s Day Brunch! Came here with my 16 month old daughter & a friend for Mother’s Day brunch spur of the moment as my husband was working. Despite not having reservations on one of the busiest restaurant holidays and showing up at about the exact time most of the area church crowd starts rolling into eat, we were seated within 10 minutes. All of the staff that helped us were very friendly & it was clear customer service was important. The food was also very good. The buffet featured a pancake station, a meat carving station & an omelet station. I did have an omelet prepared for my daughter & she enjoyed it. My personal favorite from the buffet was the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly & the sauce was divine. Other than these features, I felt like the selection on the buffet was a bit ordinary for $ 25, but everything was very good. My only issue, which was addressed very promptly, is the high chair that I was initially provided had a broken clasp on the lap belt. This happens at just about every restaurant we go to, so it’s certainly not unique to Fulbelli’s. As soon as we brought it to the waitresses attention, another highchair, in working order, was brought to us. I would tell my friends to try this place out & I want to come check out dinner some evening! Quick update: dinner was even better than brunch. Everything was amazing from the food to the service. You. Need. To. Eat. Here. Soon.

GREAT! If you like Great fine dining in a restaurant with a Great atmosphere, with Great support staff that greets you with a smile and positive attitude, And a very affordable meal — this is the place for you. We had appetizer, beer, wine, salad, fish, side dish, and desert and it was outstanding! Hands down one of the, if not the, best meal in a restaurant I have ever had. The Hibiscus flowered drink is a must as well as finishing off the meal with a coffee and Bailey’s. Food was served at desirable temperature, table linens were clean, no spots on glassware and place settings, no food clutter on floor. Just a perfect restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion. I will return for a second visit as I live in Grapevine. As a professional restaurant reviewer, I funded this meal and received no compensation for this review.

Gorgeous dining experience! Our reservation was at 5:30, since we got there early we sat in their lounge and ordered cocktails. Upon suggestion from management I ordered their signature Martini, dry Grey Goose with blue cheese stuffed olives, and I must say it was FANTASTIC. The bartender and staff in the lounge were very friendly. Then we moved to the dining room where we were served delicious warm home made bread. We then started with the crab cakes. They were cooked to perfection and full of REAL crab. They were a bit on the spicy side, so if you don’t like spicy they are not for you. I then had the Caesar salad. Whole leaves of lettuce topped with Caesar dressing and fresh shredded Parmesan with a side of house made crunchy crustini. The salad was just OK. I didn’t like the pile up of whole leaves and honestly felt a bit ripped off. There was hardly any dressing, which wasn’t the best and the crustini was bland. I only ate half and spent my time wishing I had ordered the winter squash soup my mother ordered. It was HEAVEN! For the entrée I got the lamb chops on a bed of rice with a side of mixed squash. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked though a little bland and gamey, the rice was delicious and the veggies were perfectly seasoned and al diente. I was a little bummed they did not have the crème brûlée for dessert. Something I have seen reviewed and seen photos of all over the internet. It was the reason why I chose Fulbelli’s. They switched it out for gelato and frankly, gelato is something I can find ANYWHERE. Crème brûlée, not so much. After feeling like a worm on a hook for a few moments I decided to try their NY style cheesecake. It was not crème brûlée but it was the best dang cheesecake I have ever eaten! I wouldn’t really call it NY cheese cake, it wasn’t near as dense. It was thick, creamy and full of flavor. You could taste the high quality vanilla and the crust was like nothing on the face of the earth. It was buttery, like the cheesecake and it left me wanting more. I really wanted to give it 5 stars but I couldn’t get over the gaminess of the lamb and the fact they switched an incredible dessert like crème brûlée, something with positive reviews all over the net for an Italian version of ice cream. Overall, the food was good, the staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, I will definitely be going back.

I’ve heard great things about this restaurant so I decided to try it out… Top notch doesnt even begin to describe the experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, décor was interesting and pleasant. The menu is well thought out and diverse, couldnt decided what to get so I started with a few appetizers(which were huge portions of heaven!). My entrée of stuffed shrimp was almost too pretty to eat. Cant wait to go back and try many more items off of their menu!

We were looking for a different, nice place to take our parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. We made reservations at Fubelli’s for a private room for 8. From the moment we walked in the door to the minute we left, we had a truly wonderful evening. My nieces, 2 ½ and 5, requested chocolate milk. They went to the store for a gallon of milk to make them chocolate milk and to make them feel just as special as the grown ups. I cannot tell you how wonderful and nice everyone was during the evening. We had a cocktail in the bar while listening to lovely piano music before going to our room for dinner. The Food! Wow! We all ordered different things and every dish was out of this world. I cannot tell you how impressed we all were. I recently had fresh salmon in Seattle that wasn’t as good as my meal at Fulbelli’s. Sea scallops, salmon, trout, tenderloin, grass feed sirloin — all of it was fantastic. They even made special plates for the girls of grilled cheese and chicken strips that could feed several people. I really could go on at how wonderful our experience was. You will not be disappointed.
