About 4⁄5 times I’ve gone in there for a soufflé they have already sold out. Today when I went in today and asked if they had any in the oven, I was told«No, we’ve runned out». Lol, even my 5 year old can use the correct tense. This place sucks for customer service and really Panera you need to step it up and accommodate to your demand. There are plenty of other places to go for breakfast, unfortunately I will no longer attempt to go to this location from the poor customer service and never having a complete menu available. Better days Panera.

I love coming to Panera. But I don’t appreciate a large group coming here to conduct their meetings or writers groups… All other patrons have to bow to their whims. They come in — — at least 10 people– and whenever I see them I turn around and leave. I just saw a dad tell his son to «shhhhh» because those guys are reading. That’s entirely unfair. Your management should really do something about them. They come and take over the place. It’s rude. It’s disrespectful and it’s stopped me from entirely coming to this establishment. You’ve lost a loyal customer I’m sorry to say.

Great location! Easy private parking lot(rare), a large indoor space, and outside tables in the front and back. I love bringing my dog here to sit on the patio and the food is delish!

Today we made an impromptu visit to this Panera Bread for a super late lunch. We ordered with Kara and honestly she was wonderful! We ordered two kids dishes(mac n cheese and grilled cheese) and two sandwiches and a cup of their tomato soup. Kara was extremely helpful and brought out our food as soon as it was done so that everyone could enjoy their meal while hot. The food was great! But, I have to say the ever part of this visit was Kara. She was patient as we ordered and helpful. She is what made the visit.

I used to work at a Panera, so I’m aware of the rules they have in place in order to please the guests. Apparently they forgot to give this location a copy. My sister and I came in just before eight. A sign had been posted on the door that they were closing at eight that day. We weren’t planning on staying, just ordering takeout. The MIC(manager in charge) rudely approached us after we’d been standing there for several minutes and informed as they were closed. We told her that we had been in line beforehand, but she didn’t care. She then began kicking out guests that were dining. When I worked there, I would get in trouble for doing something like that. Will never be back.

So I was having the worst day ever and I tried ordering my signature cranberry turkey flatbread online that is by far the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted but it’s seasonal so it’s finally off the menu and so I order a steak and white cheddar panini and when I get there to pick up they tell me they’re outta steak! I was sooooo over it by this point but this gentleman Mauricio told me they prepared another panini and I also got 2 complimentary pastries but at first I said no thank you but he insisted since it was the end of the day it was no big deal. Even though it was a small gesture of the free pastries to compensate me for the panini I wanted, it really made me happy and satisfied when my day was going so bad. Thank you very much owners team

I love Panera but one of my favorite restaurants they have really good onion soup. Compare two different restaurants the prices are kind of chip The place is kind of quiet but everything is clean and let you feel really comfortable sitting in this place

A crap load of joking around going on in here. 20 minutes for a simple order, that was luke warm. Verbal grief about having to do her job, coming from the ‘cook’. Gossip stories, aloud– coming from who I’m assuming was management. Seems unorganized in this place now. Been coming here before I had a Unilocal page, satisfactory before– complete 180 now. The house of Goofy, this place is now.

Its Panera. The food was good and the clientele was above average. Bad bart was managers had to kick out bums twice while I was there. They were assertive about it, but was kinda annoying as I was trying to conduct business as they were dealing with them.

This is a pretty good location on Ventura Blvd. it’s near the freeway so if you need or want to make a stop by this is a good stop in. The atmosphere is really peaceful and seems to not get crazy busy. I do wish the food menu selection was bigger but that’s the fascination with this place. It’s healthy. Simple yet effective. You can order before and pick it up to go or eat there. Pretty convenient. They are focused on getting the order right no matter how customized it is. If they get it wrong you get a treat! They are very accommodating with special orders. There are plenty of tables and they have wifi too. The wifi is kind of spotty though for some reason Good location. Nice workers. Good ambience.

First time ordering lunch here and I ordered the Pick Two Turkey avocado BLT on a delicious croissant(added onions and cilantro-jalapeño hummus to my sandwich) Very, very good! Asian sesame chicken salad was okay, kind of plain and not very flavorful. Free bag of chips with my order they were YUMMYYUMMY I accidentally ordered a pumpkin spiced latte when I meant to order a caramel latte. Super sweet Sindy made me a new drink without hesitation… I very much appreciated it! 4 out of 5 stars because I paid $ 17 for this meal! Insane!

The mood was quaint as I slowly crept into this fine, dining establishment. As I did with Mister Magorium’s Wonder Emporium, I expected to be disappointed with my experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and full of carbs. I told the cashier that I wanted a chicken caesar salad, whole not half, and my stomach was off to the races. I was wanted, bread or alive, and downed the salad without giving it so much as an afterthought. The post-caesar baguette topped me off, leaving me perfectly full for the amazing price of $ 7.89. I drove home from Panera Bread wondering just how soon I could go there again. The answer? Later that day. I doubled down on Panera. It was just as amazing as the first time. This time I ordered an apple with my Caesar. That was a mistake. Always order a side of bread. Four stars due to the unfortunate dining experience elicited from the apple. Other than that, I cannot wait to travel to Panera Bread once more.

I regularly go every week to Panera Bread in Sherman Oaks to meet my friends for dinner. The staff is very nice… and the food is great. 2 weeks ago they ran out of flatbread… but the most important issue at hand is the thermostat on their air-conditioning cannot be manually controlled at this location… they claim it’s locked and it gets down to about 50,° it’s freezing in there!!! I had on 2 sweaters and that didn’t help so the manager offered me some hot tea to warm up… she also told me it’s locked and that only Corporate controls the thermostat!!! REALLY!!! There have been many complaints… Corporate…please address this problem or I cannot visit this location any longer! PS…I’ll bet if you do fix the thermostat… you’ll have more business!!!

WARNING-INFECTIONRISKHAZARD: I usually will come here between meetings when I am in the area for a snack and to work a little. However today I was there waiting to get some ice and this guy was in front of me. He got a refill, filled the cup then pushed his cup all the way so the ice funnel when into the cup by about 2 inches. Then after he got ice you could see the fluid from his drink was inside and outside of the funnel where the ice drops into your cup. This is so unsanitary. Especially if he has a cold, flu or other infection that can be transmitted. Of course I did not get more ice. I informed the person at the front. Evidently there was no manager on duty as I wanted to inform them. But the girl said she would clean it. I was sitting nearby and saw this other girl walk up with a napkin wiped it a little. Still there was residue of the coffee looking fluid from the guys drink. I hope he is not harboring some virus because the droplets still there are just so gross. I hope the health department closes them down. Hopefully the health department will take notes from this and mark them down on this. I will never go back!

My family and I go every Saturday and enjoy coffee and pastries. We have had to switch locations sometimes because of the noise level. We really enjoy the food but not the coffee. One of the members of my family says it tastes cheap and unnatural. The pastries are quite delicious though. My personal favorite is the chocolate pastry. I also enjoy the soufflés. Especially the ham and swiss or the four cheese soufflé.

I was in Sherman Oaks for work and popped into Panera. I like with this location — it wasnt too busy on a Friday night at 6pm and so I can enjoy my time eating and feel rushed. Plus, I can organize my meeting schedules in peace. Ordered the French Onion Soup — not as cheesy filled, but cup filled up to the rim. The Smokehouse Turkey was disappointing. It looked so plain and flat — though it did make my tummy growls go away. The bread roll was so bland and boring. Portions here are definitely smaller than the one in my Pasadena area. Served with a brownie(delish!) And iced Acai berry ice tea. Two Stars Off: Flat and small turkey panini and the stupid wifi kept bumping me off even though there was hardly anyone in the place, urgh!
