I been using KPL Select as property managers for my San Fernando Valley house for the past two years and it has been a real stress reliever. Since I live out of town, having a property manager is essential and KPL came highly recommended. It is comforting to know that KPL is taking care of any tenant issues efficiently and professionally. When a repair is necessary the legwork is taken care of and they can suggest options for repairmen that they trust through experience. KPL management has been easy to work with and made my life simpler.

About a year and a half ago, my partner and I began renting a condo managed by Leeza Piano at KPL. From the first time we met her, she has been easily reachable, very friendly, and extraordinarily responsive to any issues we’ve come up against (which are thankfully few). I have lived in one of the buildings for only four months, but I have had nothing but positive experiences. During the move I was confronted with a pest problem, the problem was dealt with immediately (as soon as I hung up the phone with the property manager). The exterminator came a couple of hours later. The manager followed up several times and did NOT BLAME ME for the issue. She was sympathetic and the pests were exterminated. I have been bug free ever since. The manager and neighbors have been nothing but kind. The building is older, but well maintained.
