I am not joking you guys. I love Dominos. After they dropped the ball a few years back and admitted to being terrible, they have done a 180 and now craft the most delicious, robust inspired pizzas. I love their website that tells you who is making your pizza and delivering it to your door. I like to know the name of who is making my food. I went to the east coast and had «real» pizza there and I don’t even care what anyone thinks. Dominos is the best. I choose it over all other pizza. I want to drown in a pool of Dominos robust inspired tomato sauce. That would truly be heaven. Call me crazy. that’s fine. but I have never been more proud to call Dominos my go-​to for pizza delivery.

Dominos is one of my favorite pizza places. First time at this location. Service was quick and the employees were so nice. Wish I had always gone to this location.
Place was really clean. Street parking. Easy to miss. Across the street from Best Buy and Gelsons market.

Wings were really soggy because they folded the tinfoil all the way over the wings.
Pizza had oven bubbles that caused a fissure in the dough when cut.

The girl on the phone helped me ‘format’ my order to get to use the most coupons I could — very helpful. The pizza came as ordered and was ready for pickup in moments. Only downside is lack of parking.

It’s no longer convenient ordering when you can never get what you order. This time it was the wrong toppings last time it was you conveniently forgetting the extras that I ordered. If you can’t properly manage a business then don’t be in the business. It’s very simple. All you have to do is babysit the people that take the orders, get the orders delivered to the people that order them. Don’t give people what they don’t want, and don’t forget what they pay for. This is the last time I deal with you crooks!!!

We usually order pizza from this particular store, and we get our orders correct and promptly. Tonight on the other hand was different. Apparently, the delivery driver doesn’t know how use a map. He called and basically said we didn’t live at our address and four people confirmed it. He claims there’s no call box, a person needs a code to enter the building which all the info was on the receipt. He could have simply stated he was lost and would have kindly directed him here. We called, complained, and we’re done with this place. Manager called and apologized. No harm, no foul. rant done

Okay, these wings were so water-​logged, soggy and texture less that i nearly lost my mind. I just couldnt understand how this could go so so so wrong and, in search of solace i took a handful of pills i found in my deceased neighbors bathroom after the meal and preceded to walk through the streets shoeless for 8 hours; i had spent 3 weeks in the funny farm to recover but, although, the wings were wack, I’m not about that cry baby life and a wing is a wing is a chicken wing baby so ill take 8 orders — just dont forget the blue cheese next time, i didnt fucking forget. Westside.

Great service! I called and my pizza was ready for pick up in 15 minutes. The girl on the phone threw in a coupon without me asking and was very friendly when I walked in. Parking is van nuys so make sure you throw enough change in the meter. I’ll be visiting this location again.

All I can say is, «Wow!» Dominos, you have done it again. I gave you the code to my building, you showed up at my apartment door, you made eye contact with me, and let’s just say I’m blown away. Never have I tasted tomato sauce so robust, fresh vegetable toppings so crisp and delicate, perfectly seasoned artisan crust, and cheese that must have come from a very happy cow. Now I am a very happy cow because I ate my medium perfectly crafted hand tossed pizza and cheesy bread all in one sitting. Thanks again Dominos. and to all you haters out there. I’m from New Jersey. I know a worthy pizza when I see one.

I was very impressed with Dominos this time. The Handmade Pan Pizza is definitely worth it! Its like having extra toppings even on the crust! I didn’t feel like I was being cheated on my toppings/​pizza.
I ordered pizza and wings at 9:10pm and they were at my door by 9:26pm. I was so surprised! I’ve never had a pizza from anywhere delivered that fast!
Bottom line I give my whole delivery experience 5 stars!

I frequent this Dominos since I live a couple miles away. Ive yet to have an issue with my food or the service. In fact, the employees here are very friendly. Keep up the good work :)

I dropped 2 stars due to having to wait for my pizza to be made when I came in to pick it up. Out of the two people working, neither of them recalled taking my order over the phone. A great customer service move would have been to give a small discount or a free drink, something to show your apologies for f’ing up – but that didnt happen. Im also in a funk, so this did not help!

I don’t understand why this Domino’s location is having so many problems. They are rude when you speak to them on the phone, and they don’t know how to make a good pizza consistently! Like like one of the other reviews said, their pizza is coming out soggy and/​or all over the box. Lately, I have definitely noticed it has been cut very sloppy and tasting extra soggy and bready (i.e. hardly any sauce, cheese, toppings). I am going to take a decent break from ordering from this Domino’s location because I don’t see any efforts on their part at attempting to make a good pizza! The owner should probably spend more time with his managers and making sure that they make a change here!

They didn’t know how to input my coupon (from Wildlife Waystation) so okay, I’ll go there myself to place the order — not that far of a drive.
I get there and they guy inputs my order without using the coupon (his excuse was he was doing two separate orders??) and expects me to be okay with it and move things right along. Um, no.
Asst. manager was very nice and voided the order and recharged me… but for only 3 of the 4 pizzas on my order.
By then I had to get back in time for the party I was hosting. Meanwhile, I hear complaints that the guy taking orders isn’t writing down names and orders are just going out nameless as «wireless»?
Get your sh*t together Dominos. I won’t be back. There’s a great Papa Johns down the street.

I am newer to the valley and this Dominos is very close by where I live so the location is perfect. I will agree there is NO parking which is kind of inconvenient.
The pizza is pretty good! I don’t know why I am surprised, but its delicious. the hand tossed crust is so crispy and good.
I like the pepperoni and olives., and I am a new fan of Dominos. I know there are many pizza places you could choose from. I think Dominos has the best deals for your money. You can’t beat that!
