I was hesitant at first but got talked into attending a class here and loved it. While I wasnt quite up to par with the athletisism of everyone else in the class… the true capoeira go’ers. didnt matter to them. They treated me fantastic and was very good at giving instructions and making me NOT feel so out of place. My booty hurt like crazy the next day which means it worked… I cant wait to go back!

Take it from an athlete who played college football and has been practicing various martial arts all his life. CM Parafina is the man. This guy can do the most insane shit and is an awesome instructor. If you have even a shred of talent this guy will help you magnify it. Very proficient instructor and a great guy. Try his class once and you will automatically join.

Taking Capoeira with Contramestre Parafina (Amir Solsky) has been an amazing experience. His classes are very dynamic, challenging and full of energy. If you’re looking for a fun place to learn capoeira, make new friends and take your skills to another level I highly recommend you check it out.
