So I went in to simply have a few sheets of paper scanned to me. They don’t scan to an email address but I was able to purchase an inexpensive memory stick and my scans were downloaded to that. The UPS store in Trumbull charges something like $ 3 per page, I paid about half of that at FEDEX Office. They have earned my business.

I had quite a few glossy posters made at the Shelton location for a very important meeting with a critical timeframe. When the prints were picked up by my delivery person and brought back to the office, they had streaks and lines running through them. When we called Shelton, they admitted the machine was not working, but neglected to tell us so. We ended up bringing the posters back to the Orange location to be reprinted, but we did miss the critical timeframe of a very important meeting.
