The Nibblerz combo is my favorite and the service is always quick abd very friendly. The music that we listen to inside is fantastic too!

This place is a cheat day heaven! Expensive but worth it. The fries… Can’t even tell you how good those carbs are. The one bad thing about this location is the slow service. Then again I have only been at the lunch rush. The food is good not extraordinary it’s mainly fried so factor that in when choosing.

Convenient location in the Cleveland Mall parking lot, right off 74. The décor almost fools you into thinking it is a «sit down» restaurant, but the traditional menu board gives it away. Not the place for wings, but their chicken sandwiches, specifically their Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich, are good. Milkshakes menu varies. It’s clean and fairly fast.

We land at Zaxby’s pretty often because there aren’t many salad options in the food desert that is Shelby, NC. The Buffalo Blue Salad is terrific BUT. This is the only location that it is like IMPOSSIBLE to order it with grilled chicken. It must be in the computer some complicated way because every. single. time. the cashier looks at us like we are from a foreign land. I have never ever had this problem at any other location. The new drink machine was the worst idea ever. Too many options and the placement doesn’t work so, if there are more than 2 customers a drink line backs up blocking both the cash registers and the entrance to all the seating. Poor planning. The speakers that they use to call your number are set at volume 90 000. It’s startling. AND the music is unbearable. Christian rock is not my dining choice. It’s pretty terrible. We only return here because honestly there aren’t any other options, and that’s not saying much.

I’m typically very happy with Zaxby’s quality. Their wings are quite good with a few options (I prefer them to Wings Etc. by far) and their tenders are delicious. And Zax sauce? Man, that stuff is delicious. I love to eat it on the toast they serve. This is kind of my default place to grab a meal or a snack after a movie but this weekend we ordered takeout to share with some family back at our house. Unfortunately, while the food was great and correct they completely messed up our sauces, particularly the missing extra honey mustards that they charged us .25 cents a piece for. When I tried to call, I noticed number on the receipt; just a survey link. After trying a dozen times to get the link to work, I just decided to forget about it.
I’ll be more careful next time and just eat there versus do take-​out.

Worst Zaxbys Ever. The drive through was out of order. Out of ketchup. Out of soap. Batteries dead in paper towel dispenser. Bathroom doors squeal so loudly when opened I’m surprised it doesn’t disturb patrons. The food was under par. And very under staffed. Definitely will not be back.

I usually stop at this Zaxby’s on trips up to Asheville because it’s right along the way and for some reason it’s never really busy.
Inside this is an older Zaxby’s and it not the open concept layout like the newer versions but the menu is the same.
I love Zaxby’s for their crushed ice. The food is good here as well. Good quality chicken and Zalads.
