Great Customer Service! We got a gift card for Christmas & it wasn’t going through because of their system temporarily being down. We waited about 15 seconds & the manager was their to help the cashier. Since he wasn’t able to get it to go through, they gave us our meal for free.

This is the Chick-​Fil-​A located in the Cleveland Mall. Always busy, but the line is way shorter than going to the free standing one at the other end of the boulevard. Right next to Marshalls. Clean, plenty of tables and who doesn’t like a mini sundae for $ 1.09. Ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and a big ol’ cherry. Really good fresh lemonade too.
