McDonald’s

Your not getting any kind of star. This place must employee the dumbest and rudest people who live in Shelby. It must be a prerequisite on application. Place just sucks all the way around and that’s a shame when kids so love. And its making me select a star before ending. Thanks Unilocal because they don’t deserve. People stop patronizing this place maybe they will change.

So the following is the actual feedback I emailed to McDonald’s from my experience (s) here. To be honest, this was some time ago, but reading others reviews, it appears nothing has changed… Warning — Do not let your kids go in the play area — I did once and my kids socks and hands were filthy dirty black from crawling inside. BTW McDonald’s corporate responded and said this info had been passed on to the restaurant. The restaurant NEVER contacted me or apologized for their poor service. Please read and enjoy:
Yet another terrible experience at this McDonalds. Started at 5:55 AM — left the drive thru order was wrong (also had to wait while they brewed decaf) — came back thru drive thru — asked to have order fixed — long white haired lady at first said «I can’t help– pull up to the next window» — when I informed her she was being rude she then tried to help– they make a new sandwich — left drive thru — sandwich was wrong again! this time went into restaurant — it took three trys to get it right — by this time it was 6:21 am — there are a lot more negative aspects/​nuances to the story that I have omitted due to lack of space — have had prob in the past with this McD with orders, staff, etc — twice have not had a salad-​twice have not had right dressing– have seen staff (some teenagers) eating behind counter multiple times, pouring themselves milkshake and eating in front of clients — general rudeness — staff seems very unhappy/​not friendly at all — at least 5 – 6 incidences with me and as many with my wife — general manager or franchisee really needs to be better involved — I am a shareholder and McD enthusiast — have been eating at McD since a child in NYC — have eaten at Mcd all over the world (Rome, Paris, Kiev, Budapest to name a few) — have eaten all over US too — can confidently say this is the worst McDonalds in the world I have ever frequented and have frequented against my better judgement-​headquarters should step in and whip this one into shape-​it represents our company poorly

Came here enroute to home from a long drive. This has to be one of the dirtiest places I’ve eaten in. Came for the select tenders and they were out. Only one or two tables were clean. Food and spoiled fluids were on the floor and counters. (See posted pics). My nuggets were barely warm. Lost my appetite eating here. Will never be back.

Unprofessional and messed up my order 3x in one visit at not even 6am. Keep driving..

I would give this place no stars if it would let me… it is filthy for one… wouldn’t have eaten there if would have came in first… most incompetent workers I’ve seen including management. .should be condemned… there is no way a health inspector would not shut this place down immediately. .the service is so slow I think I missed a birthday waiting on my food to be corrected
